Invitation for Bids of Loan 3678-CAM (COL) & Grant 0581-CAM (SF),Rural Roads Improvement Project III

The Royal Government of Cambodia has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Rural Roads Improvement Project III. Part of this financing will be used for payments under the Contracts named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.
The Ministry of Rural Development (“the Employer”) invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for the construction and completion of the following contract package (“the Works”):
