MRD E-Library Instructions for Requesting Data Deletion

This document outlines the steps for users of the MRD E-Library to request the deletion of their personal data. We are committed to respecting your privacy and complying with Google’s Data Deletion policy.

1. Methods to Request Data Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their personal data through the following methods:

·       **Email Request**: Send an email to [Insert Contact Email] with the subject line ‘Data Deletion Request.’ Include the email address associated with your MRD E-Library account in the body of the email.

·       **In-App Option**: Use the ‘Request Data Deletion’ feature within the MRD E-Library app. This option can be found in the Account Settings section of the app.

2. Email Request Instructions

To request data deletion via email, follow these steps:

1.     Compose a new email addressed to visethsourmrd@gmail.com

2.     Use ‘Data Deletion Request’ as the subject line of the email.

3. In-App Data Deletion Instructions

To request data deletion through the MRD E-Library app, follow these steps:

9.     Go to the ‘Account Settings’ section.

10.  Select the ‘Request Data Deletion’ option.

11.  Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.

12.  Wait for a confirmation message indicating that your request has been received.

4. Verification and Processing

After receiving your request, we will verify your identity to ensure the security of your account. Once verified, we will process your data deletion request within [Insert Timeframe, e.g., 30 days]. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
