ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងក្រុមគ្រួសារ ព្រមទាំងគណៈប្រតិភូរួមដំណើរ បានអញ្ជើញពូនភ្នំខ្សាច់ ធ្វើនមស្ការព្រះរតនត្រ័យ បង្សុកូល ប្រគេនទេយ្យវត្ថុចំពោះព្រះសង្ឃ និងរាប់បាត្រឧទ្ទិសកុសលជូនដល់វីរកងទ័ព និងបុព្វការីជនដែលបានធ្វើកាលកិរិយាទៅកាន់បរលោក តាមគន្លងប្រពៃណី។ សូមជម្រាបជូនផងដែរថា បុណ្យភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌ គឺជាពិធីបុណ្យមួយដែលធំជាងគេ នៅក្នុងចំណោមពិធីបុណ្យទាំងអស់របស់អ្នកកាន់ព្រះពុទ្ធសាសនា។ ពិធីបុណ្យកាន់បិណ្ឌ និងភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌ ត្រូវបានគេកំណត់យកតាមប្រតិទិនពុទ្ធសាសនា ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ១រោច ដល់ថ្ងៃ ១៥រោច ខែភទ្របទ ជារៀងរាល់ឆ្នាំ។ ដោយឡែក ពិធីបុណ្យកាន់បិណ្ឌ និងភ្ជុំបិណ្ឌឆ្នាំ២០២៦នេះ ប្រព្រឹត្តទៅចាប់ពីថ្ងៃ១រោច ដល់ថ្ងៃ១៥រោច ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំមមី ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកញ្ញា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦៕

H.E. Chhay Rithisen and lok chumteav lead Ministry delegation to observe the first Pchum Ben offering at Wat Preah Put Andet, Prek Ho Commune, Ta Khmau City, Kandal Province

Kandal Province: On Sunday morning, September 27, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, and Lok chumteav led a ministry delegation including the Permanent Secretary of State, senior leaders, and civil servants of all ranks, together with Buddhist faithful from near and far, to hold the first-day Ben offering at Wat Preah Put Andet, located in Prek Ho Commune, Ta Khmau City, Kandal Province.
On this occasion, the Minister, his family, and the accompanying delegation build a ceremonial sand stupa, pay homage to the Triple Gems, perform ancestor merit-making rites, offer alms and donations to the Sangha, and dedicate the accrued merits to fallen heroes and forebears who have passed away, in accordance with tradition.

Please also note: Pchum Ben is one of the most important Buddhist festivals. The Ben days and Pchum Ben are set by the Buddhist lunar calendar and are observed annually from the 1st to the 15th waning days of the month of Photrobot. In 2026, the observance runs from the 1st to the 15th waning days of Photrobot, Year of the Goat—corresponding to September 27 to October 11, 2026.
