[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១០កើត ខែភទ្របទ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំស្ដីពីការត្រួតពិនិត្យសេចក្ដីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ជនបទ និងចលនាភូមិគំរូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣៣ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីបច្ចេកទសនៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។

អង្គប្រជុំបានធ្វើការពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដែលក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសបានរៀបចំ ព្រមទាំងបានចូលរួមផ្ដល់ធាតុចូល និងធ្វើការកែសម្រួលចំណុចខ្វះខាតដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យសេចក្តីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនេះ មានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ហើយអាចអនុវត្តសម្រេចបានជោគជ័យ ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងស័ក្ដិសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះអង្គប្រជុំ និងក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស ដែលបានខិតខំរៀបចំសេចក្តីព្រាងឯកសារដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់នេះឡើង ដើម្បីឱ្យក្លាយជាផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវជាយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រដល់គ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធចូលរួមអនុវត្ត ដើម្បីជំរុញឱ្យសហគមន៍ជនបទនៅកម្ពុជាមានការរីកចម្រើនកាន់តែឆាប់រហ័ស។ ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ជូនដល់ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសឱ្យដាក់បញ្ចូលនូវធាតុចូលដែលទទួលបានពីអង្គប្រជុំទៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនេះ ដើម្បីធានាថា ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រដែលបានរៀបចំ និងសម្រេចដាក់ចេញឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការ មានសង្គតិភាពទៅនឹងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០៣៥ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៕

H.E. Chhay Rithisen chairs meeting on the review of the Draft Strategic Plan on Rural Community Development and the Model Village Movement, 2026–2033
Phnom Penh: On Monday morning, September 21, 2026—at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, chaired a meeting to review the Draft Strategic Plan on Rural Community Development and the Model Village Movement for 2026–2033. The meeting was attended by the Permanent Secretary of State, senior leaders, and technical officials of the Ministry of Rural Development.
The meeting reviewed and discussed the draft strategic plan prepared by the technical working group, providing inputs and revising to address gaps so the draft becomes comprehensive and can be implemented successfully with high effectiveness and legitimacy. On this occasion, the Minister expressed gratitude and high appreciation to the meeting participants and the technical working group for their efforts in preparing this important draft document, which will serve as a strategic roadmap for all stakeholders to implement, thereby accelerating the development of rural communities in Cambodia.
Finally, the Minister advised the technical working group to incorporate the inputs from the meeting into the draft strategic plan, to ensure that the finalized plan, once officially adopted, is consistent with the National Policy on Rural Development 2025–2035 of the Royal Government during the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly, under the principled leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
