Phnom Penh: In the afternoon of Friday, September 4, 2026, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, attended the “Official Launching Ceremony of the Network of Secretaries-General of Ministries and Institutions under the Executive Branch.” The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Hun Many, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Civil Service, and Standing Vice Chairman of the National Committee for Promoting the Implementation of Key Measures in Public Administration Reform of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly.
This ceremony was held at the Shangri-La Hotel in Phnom Penh, with the participation of Ministers, Secretaries-General of General Secretariats, and Directors-General of General Departments of Administration and Finance from relevant ministries and institutions.
