[English Below] ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១២រោច ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅបរិវេណសួនច្បារ ក្រុងស្ទឹងត្រែង ខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធី អបអរសារទរទិវាអន្តរជាតិជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចពិភពលោកលើកទី៣២ និងលើកទី២២ នៅកម្ពុជា ក្រោមប្រធានបទ“ ការលើកតម្កើងតួនាទីឆ្មបជាជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច ដើម្បីការពារជីវិត និងលើកកម្ពស់សុខុមាលភាព” ។

អង្គពិធីដ៏អធិកអធមនេះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម ហួត ហាក់ រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងទេសចរណ៍ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ, តំណាងក្រសួងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ , ឯកឧត្តម សរ សុពុត្រា អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តស្ទឹងត្រែង , ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវក្រុមប្រឹក្សាខេត្ត អភិបាលរងខេត្ត, តំណាងអង្គការ ដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ភ្ញៀវកិត្តិយសជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ, អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់, លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ យុវជន សិស្សានុសិស្ស និងបងប្អូនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចទាំងអស់ សរុបប្រមាណជាង ៩៤០នាក់។

សូមជម្រាបជូនផងដែរ ពិធីអបអរសាទរទិវាអន្តរជាតិជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចពិភពលោកលើកទី៣២ និងលើកទី២២នៅកម្ពុជា  រៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណង៖
១. ចូលរួមអបអរសាទរជាមួយជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចលើពិភពលោក និងបងប្អូនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិចនៅកម្ពុជា។
២. បង្ហាញអំពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាចំពោះបងប្អូនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាព អភិរក្សវប្បធម៌ និងលើកកម្ពស់សិទ្ធិជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច។
៣. ចូលរួមផ្សព្វផ្សាយឱ្យកាន់តែទូលំទូលាយអំពីវប្បធម៌ ប្រពៃណី ទំនៀមទម្លាប់ និងភាសារបស់បងប្អូនជនជាតិដើមភាគតិច និងជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រកបដោយចីរភាពក្នុងតំបន់ជនជាតិដើមតិច ដោយមានការចូលរួមគាំទ្រពីគ្រប់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធ។

Stung Treng Province: On Monday morning, August 10, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, presided over the ceremony celebrating the 32nd International Day of the World’s Indigenous Peoples and the 22nd observance in Cambodia, under the theme “Honouring Indigenous Midwives: Safeguarding Life and Well-being”

The ceremony was also attended by H.E. Hout Hak, Minister of Tourism; ministry leaders from the Ministry of Rural Development; representatives of relevant ministries and institutions; H.E. Sor Soputra, Governor of Stung Treng Province; members of the Provincial Council and deputy governors; representatives of organizations and development partners; distinguished national and international guests; local authorities at all levels; teachers, youth, students; and indigenous brothers and sisters—totaling about 940 participants.

Please be informed that the celebration was organized with the following objectives:
1) To join indigenous peoples around the world and indigenous communities in Cambodia in celebrating this day.
2) To demonstrate the Royal Government of Cambodia’s attention to indigenous peoples in improving livelihoods, preserving culture, and promoting indigenous rights, in line with the National Policy on the Development of Indigenous Peoples.
3) To further disseminate the cultures, traditions, customs, and languages of indigenous peoples and to promote sustainable development in indigenous areas with the support and participation of all relevant stakeholders.
