ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានថ្លែងការអបអរសាទរចំពោះលោកស្រី ដែលទើបទទួលភារកិច្ចថ្មី ជានាយិកាស្តីទីអង្គការទស្សនៈពិភពលោកអន្តរជាតិប្រចាំនៅប្រទេសកម្ពុជាផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនប្រតិភូ អំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសក្រោមម្លប់សន្តិភាព ដែលប្រសូតចេញការដឹកនាំដ៏ឈ្លាសវៃ និងត្រឹមត្រូវរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន បិតាសន្តិភាពនៃកម្ពុជា អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងបច្ចុប្បន្នជាប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងក្រោមការដឹកនាំបន្តវេនប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ សំដៅសម្រេចឱ្យបានចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ ​២០៥០ ជាប្រទេសដែលមានប្រាក់ចំណូលកម្រិតខ្ពស់។ ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទដែលជាសេនាធិការមួយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បាននិងកំពុងចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ តាមរយៈចក្ខុវិស័យ “កសាងសង្គមជនបទកម្ពុជាឱ្យមានវិបុលភាពប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន សមធម៌ និងចីរភាពទាំងផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គមកិច្ច និងវប្បធម៌” ។

លោកស្រីវេជ្ជបណ្ឌិត Than Thi Ha នាយិកាស្តីទីអង្គការទស្សនៈពិភពលោកអន្តរជាតិប្រចាំនៅកម្ពុជា បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅជូនចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ដែលបានទទួលស្វាគមន៍លោកស្រី និងសហការីយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ។ លោកស្រីបន្តលើកឡើងថា អង្គការទស្សនៈពិភពលោក បាននិងកំពុងអនុវត្តផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររយៈពេល ៥ឆ្នាំរបស់ខ្លួន (២០២៣-២០២៧) ដោយផ្តោតលើសុខុមាលភាពកុមារនៅកម្ពុជា ហើយថ្មីៗនេះអង្គការក៏បានដាក់ចេញនូវផែនការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣០ ក្នុងគោលបំណងរួមចំណែកធ្វើឱ្យប្រទេសកម្ពុជាសម្រេចបានការទទួលបានសេវាទឹកស្អាត និងលើកកម្ពស់អនាម័យជាសកល ប្រកបដោយភាពធន់ សុវត្ថិភាព និងចីរភាព។ អង្គការទស្សនៈពិភពលោកជាដៃគូយ៉ាងសកម្មចូលរួមជាមួយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទលើការផ្តល់ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យជាច្រើនជូនដល់ប្រជាជនជនបទ និងគ្រួសារជនភៀសសឹកផងដែរ ជាពិសេសសម្រាប់ស្ត្រី និងកុមារ។ លោកស្រីនាយិកាស្តីទីក៏បានស្នើសុំអនុសាសន៍ដឹកនាំ និងការចង្អុលបង្ហាញដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ពីឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តប្រចាំអាណត្តិបន្ត ដើម្បីបន្ស៊ីជាមួយគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០៣៥ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាយុទ្ធសាស្ត្ររបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។ ជាចុងក្រោយ លោកស្រីនាយិកាបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះក្រសួងដែលបានបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយអង្គការទស្សនៈពិភពលោកនៅកម្ពុជា និងបានប្តេជ្ញាពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពជិតស្និត និងរឹងមាំបន្ថែមទៀត។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក៏បានសម្តែងការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់អង្គការ និងភាពជាដៃគូដ៏ល្អក្នុងកិច្ចសហការជាមួយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទនាពេលកន្លងមក។ មុននឹងបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណជូនចំពោះលោកស្រីនាយិកា និងសហការីដែលបានបង្ហាញអំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិយ៉ាងជិតស្និតបន្ថែមទៀតជាមួយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្នុងការចូលរួមធ្វើឱ្យសម្រេចបានជោគជ័យនូវការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ ៕

Phnom Penh: On Thursday morning, July 16, 2026 , at the headquarters of the Ministry of Rural Development, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, accompanied by the Ministry’s leadership, received Dr. Than Thi Ha, Interim National Director of World Vision International, and her colleagues for a courtesy visit and discussions on work.
To begin, H.E. the Minister welcomed the visit by the Interim National Director and her colleagues on this occasion and offered congratulations to her on recently assuming the new duties as Interim National Director of World Vision International in Cambodia. H.E. the Minister informed the delegation about national development under the cool shade of peace, stemming from the wise and correct leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the Father of Peace of Cambodia, former Prime Minister and currently President of the Senate, and under the continued principled leadership of Samdech Moha Bovorthipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, through the rollout of the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1 aimed at realizing the Cambodia 2050 vision of becoming a high income country. H.E. the Minister further stated that the Ministry of Rural Development, as one of the government executive bodies, has been and is actively participating in implementing the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1 through the vision of “Building Cambodia’s rural society to be prosperous with inclusiveness, equity, and sustainability in the economic, social, and cultural aspects,” which has four main goals and five key strategies.
Dr. Than Thi Ha, Interim National Director of World Vision International in Cambodia, expressed deep gratitude to H.E. the Minister for the warm welcome extended to her and her colleagues. She added that World Vision International has been and is implementing its five year strategy (2023–2027), focusing on child well being in Cambodia, and that recently the organization launched its Business Plan 2026–2030 Water Supply and Sanitation Plan with the aim of contributing to Cambodia’s achievement of universal access to clean water services and the promotion of hygiene—resilient, safe, and sustainable. World Vision International is an active partner working with the Ministry of Rural Development to provide numerous clean water and sanitation infrastructures to rural people and displaced persons, especially women and children. The Interim National Director also requested high level guidance and direction from H.E. the Minister in preparing the next country strategy so that it aligns with the Royal Government of Cambodia’s National Policy on Rural Development 2025–2035, as well as with the strategies of the Ministry of Rural Development. Finally, the Interim National Director expressed deep thanks to the Ministry for its continued cooperation with World Vision International in Cambodia and pledged to further strengthen this partnership to be even closer and more robust.
H.E. the Minister also expressed praise and high appreciation for the organization’s efforts and for its good partnership and cooperation with the Ministry of Rural Development to date. Before concluding, H.E. the Minister conveyed thanks to the Director and colleagues for demonstrating their commitment to continuing joint cooperation with the Ministry of Rural Development to promote rural development—especially rural clean water supply and sanitation—so that the Ministry can achieve the goal that “100% of rural residents have access to clean water by 2030.”
