ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើមលោកស្រីនាយិកា បានធ្វើការថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ដែលបានទទួលស្វាគមន៍លោកស្រី និងសហការីយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅនាឱកាសនេះ។ លោកស្រីបានរាយការណ៍ជូនឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីអំពីដំណើការរបស់អង្គការទឹកស្អាត ១០០១ ដែលចាប់ផ្តើមដំណើរពីឆ្នាំ ២០០៥ រហូតមកដល់ពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងកំពុងមានប្រតិបត្តិការក្នុងខេត្តគោលដៅចំនួន ១៨នៅទូទាំងប្រទេស។ លោកស្រីបានបញ្ជាក់បន្ថែមទៀតថា គិតត្រឹមឆ្នាំ ២០២៥ មានប្រជាជនរស់នៅតំបន់ជនបទប្រមាណ ១លានអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ទឹកស្អាតដែលផលិតដោយអង្គការរៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃ។ ជាងនេះទៅទៀតអង្គការបានផ្តល់ទឹកសុទ្ធជូនដល់សាលារៀនជាង ១០០០ កន្លែងក្នុងខេត្តចំនួន ១៨ ដែលអាចឱ្យកុមាប្រមាណ ៣៦ ម៉ឺននាក់បរិភោគទឹកស្អាតជារៀងរាល់ថ្ងៃផងដែរ។ លោកស្រី និងសហការី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីផែនការសកម្មភាព ៥ឆ្នាំទៅមុខរបស់អង្គការជូនដល់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទផងដែ។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះលោកស្រី នាយិកា និងសហការី នៃអង្គកាទឹកស្អាត ១០០១ ដែលអញ្ជើញមក និងបានធ្វើរបាយការណ៍យ៉ាងក្បោះក្បាយអំពីដំណើរការរបស់អង្គការជូនអង្គពិធីក្នុងឱកាសនេះ។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនប្រតិភូ អំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសក្រោមម្លប់ដ៏ត្រជាក់នៃសុខសន្តិភាព ដែលប្រសូតចេញការដឹកនាំដ៏ឈ្លាសវៃនិងត្រឹមត្រូវរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន បិតាសន្តិភាពនៃកម្ពុជា អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងបច្ចុប្បន្នជាប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងក្រោមការដឹកនាំបន្តវេនប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ សំដៅសម្រេចឱ្យបានចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ២០៥០ ជាប្រទេសដែលមានប្រាក់ចំណូលកម្រិតខ្ពស់។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានបន្តលើកឡើងថា ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទជាសេនាធិការមួយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបាននិងកំពុងចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ តាមរយៈចក្ខុវិស័យ “កសាងសង្គមជនបទកម្ពុជាឱ្យមានវិបុលភាពប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន សមធម៌ និងចីរភាពទាំងផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គមកិច្ច និងវប្បធម៌” ដោយបានកំណត់យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រសំខាន់ៗចំនួន៥។ យុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ ១ ក្នុងចំណោមយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រទាំង៥ គឺផ្តោតលើការកែលម្អលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃការរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋជនបទ តាមរយៈការផ្តល់សេវាផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាតប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ននិងភាពធន់ និងការអនុវត្តអនាម័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនតាមក្បួនខ្នាត ដែលធ្វើឱ្យប្រជាជនមានសុខភាពល្អ និងអាយុសង្ឃឹមរស់កាន់តែវែង។

ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក៏បានសម្តែងការកោតសសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់អង្គការ និងភាពជាដៃគូរដ៏ល្អក្នុងកិច្ចសហការណ៍ជាមួយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទនាពេលកន្លងមក។ មុននឹងបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណជូនចំពោះលោកស្រីនាយិកា និងសហការីដែលបានបង្ហាញអំពីការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តក្នុងការបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍនៅតំបន់ជនបទ ពិសេសការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាតនៅតំបន់ជនបទ ដែលធ្វើឱ្យក្រសួងអាចសម្រេចបានគោលដៅ “ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋរស់នៅតំបន់ជនបទមានទឹកស្អាតប្រើប្រាស់ ១០០% នៅឆ្នាំ ២០៣០” ៕

Phnom Penh: On Wednesday morning, July 15, 2026, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Rural Development, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, accompanied by the Ministry’s leadership, granted an audience to Ms. Amandine Chaussinand, Managing Director of the 1001 Clean Water Organization, and her colleagues for a courtesy call and discussions on work.
To begin, the Managing Director expressed deep gratitude to H.E. the Minister for warmly welcoming her and her colleagues on this occasion. She reported to H.E. the Minister on the operations of the 1001 Clean Water Organization, which began in 2005 and continues to the present, and which are being implemented in 18 target provinces nationwide. She further specified that, as of 2025, approximately 1 million rural residents use clean water produced by the organization every day. In addition, the organization has provided purified water to more than 1,000 schools in 18 provinces, enabling about 360,000 children to drink clean water daily. She and her colleagues also briefed H.E. the Minister and the Ministry’s leadership on the organization’s five year action plan going forward.
H.E. the Minister expressed thanks to the Managing Director and colleagues of the 1001 Clean Water Organization for coming and for providing a detailed report on the organization’s operations to the ceremony on this occasion. Seizing the opportunity, H.E. the Minister also informed the delegation about national development under the cool shade of peace, stemming from the wise and correct leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, the Father of Peace of Cambodia, former Prime Minister and currently President of the Senate, and under the continued principled leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, through the rollout of the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1 aimed at realizing the Cambodia 2050 vision of becoming a high income country. H.E. the Minister further stated that the Ministry of Rural Development has been and continues to actively participate in implementing the Pentagon Strategy Phase 1, guided by the vision of “Building Cambodia’s rural society to be prosperous with inclusiveness, equity, and sustainability,” for which five key strategies have been set Strategy 1 among the five focuses on improving the living conditions of rural citizens through the provision of safe and resilient clean water and the practice of personal hygiene according to standards, which will enable people to have good health and a longer life expectancy.
H.E. the Minister also expressed praise and high appreciation for the organization’s efforts and for its good partnership and cooperation with the Ministry of Rural Development to date. Before concluding, H.E. the Minister conveyed thanks to the Managing Director and colleagues for demonstrating their commitment to continuing joint cooperation with the Ministry of Rural Development to promote rural development, especially rural clean water supply, so that the Ministry can achieve its goal of “100% of rural residents having access to clean water by 2030”.
