ពិធីនេះបានរៀបចំនៅសណ្ឋាគារ Raffles Hotel Le Royal រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងតំណាងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងបរិយាកាសដ៏ស្និទ្ធស្នាលជាទីបំផុត ដែលជាការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីចំណងមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អប្រសើររវាងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងប្រទេសជប៉ុន៕

Phnom Penh : On Monday evening, July 13, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, attended the farewell dinner reception for H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Lok Chumteav UENO Hiromi, on the occasion that His Excellency completed his diplomatic mission to the Kingdom of Cambodia.

The ceremony was organized at Raffles Hotel Le Royal in Phnom Penh, with the participation of the leadership of the Royal Government of Cambodia and representatives of relevant institutions, in an especially warm and friendly atmosphere, reflecting the bonds of friendship and the excellent cooperation between the Kingdom of Cambodia and Japan.
