[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១១រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ រួមជាមួយ​ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង អញ្ជើញប្រទានភ្លើងបូជាសព ឧបាសក សៅ វ៉ន ដែលត្រូវជាឪពុកបង្កើតរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត សៅ ជីវ័ន្ត រដ្ឋលេខាធិការនៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ នៅឈាបនដ្ឋានវត្តទួលទំពូង ក្នុងសង្កាត់ទួលទំពូងទី១ ខណ្ឌចំការមន រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ។ ក្នុងឱកាសប្រកបដោយសេចក្ដីខ្សឹកខ្សួលនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួង ព្រមទាំងក្រុមគ្រួសារនៃសព បានអញ្ជើញបូជាទៀនធូបគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធសព ព្រមទាំងនិមន្តព្រះសង្ឃបង្សុកុល ដើម្បីឧទ្ទិសបួងសួងដល់តេជៈបារមី នៃព្រះរតនត្រ័យ និងវត្ថុស័ក្តិសិទ្ធិក្នុងលោក សូមជួយយិតយោងដួងវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធរបស់ ឧបាសក សៅ វ៉ន សូមបានសោយសុខក្នុងសុគតិភពកុំបីក្លាយទៅជាបការៈដទៃឡើយ។ ជាកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ ដើម្បីជាការជូនដំណើរប្រកបដោយសេចក្តីស្រណោះអាឡោះអាល័យជាទីបំផុតរបស់ក្រុមគ្រួសារនៃសព ព្រមទាំងសាច់ញាតិទាំងឡាញ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី  បានអញ្ជើញប្រទានភ្លើងបូជាសព ជាកិច្ចលាគ្នាជាលើកចុងក្រោយបង្អស់។

សូមរំលឹកជូនផងដែរថា ឧបាសក សៅ វ៉ន បានទទួលមរណភាពនៅថ្ងៃពុធ ៩រោច ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង ៦:៣០ នាទីព្រឹក ក្នុងជន្មាយុ ៨៥ឆ្នាំ ដោយជរាពាធ៕

Phnom Penh: On Friday afternoon, July 10, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development together with the permanent Secretary of State and Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, Ladies and Gentlemen in the Ministry’s leadership—presided over the offering of the cremation flame for Upasaka Sao Von, the father of H.E. Dr. Sao Chivoan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Rural Development, at the Tuol Tumpoung pagoda crematorium, in Tuol Tumpoung I Sangkat, Chamkar Mon Khan, Phnom Penh. On that solemn occasion, the Minister and the Ministry delegation, together with the family of the deceased, offered candles and incense in respect to the spirit of the deceased and invited the monk to perform the funeral rite, dedicating prayers to the virtues and perfections of the Triple Gem and to sacred objects in the world to aid and support the spirit of Upasaka Sao Von, wishing that he rest peacefully in the blissful realm. In conclusion, to send him off with the family’s deepest affection and sorrow, the Minister offered the cremation flame as the final farewell.

Please also be reminded that Upasaka Sao Von passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 6:30 in the morning, at the age of 85, due to old‑age illness.
