ក្នុងវេលាប្រកបដោយសមានទុក្ខដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំនោះ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន និងគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួង បានសម្ដែងនូវការសោកស្តាយស្រណោះអាឡោះអាល័យ និងបានចូលរួមរំលែកនូវមរណទុក្ខជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តី និងលោកជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងក្រុមគ្រួសារ ដោយក្តីសង្វេគជាទីបំផុត។ ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏វិយោគនោះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួង បានឧទ្ទិសបួងសួងដល់ដួងវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ ឧបាសិកា នេត សុគន្ធ បានសោយសុខក្នុងសុគតិភពកុំបីឃ្លៀងឃ្លាតឡើយ៕
Phnom Penh: On Tuesday afternoon, July 7, 2026, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of the Ministry of Rural Development, led a ministry delegation—including His Excellency the Permanent Secretary of State, Excellencies, Undersecretaries of State, and other ministry leaders—to lay a wreath and pay tribute to the late Upasika Neth Sokh, the biological older sister of His Excellency Academician Neth Savoeun, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the National Authority for Combating Drugs. Upasika Neth Sokh passed away on Monday, July 6, 2026, at 13:47 PM, at the age of 74 due to illness. The funeral is being held at Borey Peng Huot Boeung Snor, Koh Norea Village, Sangkat Niroth, Khan Chbar Ampov, Phnom Penh.
In this moment of profound grief and sorrow, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen and the ministry delegation expressed their deepest condolences and shared this immense loss with His Excellency the Deputy Prime Minister, his spouse, and the bereaved family with utmost sadness. On this solemn occasion, the Minister and the delegation prayed for the soul of the late Upasika Neth Sokh to rest in eternal peace in the afterlife.
