Phnom Penh: On Monday, June 22, 2026, the Ministry of Rural Development, in collaboration with the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training, organized a full-day session at the Ministry’s headquarters to issue and update NSSF membership cards. This service was provided to the leadership, civil servants, and contractual officials of the Ministry of Rural Development, as well as their dependents (spouses and children).
It is worth noting that this marks the fourth time the Ministry of Rural Development has cooperated with the NSSF of the Ministry of Labour and Vocational Training to arrange the issuance and updating of NSSF membership cards for its personnel and their dependents. This initiative aims to actively contribute to the promotion and implementation of the Royal Government’s National Social Protection Policy.
