សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន បានដាក់កម្មវិធីដំណើរឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់មូលដ្ឋាន ដើម្បីជួបសំណេះសំណាលអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ក្នុងគោលបំណងធ្វើការក្រើនរំលឹក និងជំរុញដល់មន្ត្រីនៅមូលដ្ឋានឱ្យបង្កើនការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ទៅលើកិច្ចការជាដែនសមត្ថកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួន ជាពិសេសការផ្តល់សេវាទាំងឡាយជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ក៏ដូចជាការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាទាំងឡាយដែលជាក្តីកង្វល់របស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។

ក្រៅពីការជំរុញយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការផ្តល់សេវាហើយនោះ សម្តេចតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ក៏លើកឡើង​ពី​បញ្ហា​សន្តិសុខសណ្តាប់ធ្នាប់ ការប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងបទល្មើសនានា កិច្ចការ ការពារធនធានធម្មជាតិ និងការងារគ្រប់​គ្រងរដ្ឋបាលនៅមូលដ្ឋាន៕

Phnom Penh: On Sunday morning, May 24, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, together with Excellencies and Ladies from the Ministry’s leadership, attended a meeting with leaders of ministries and institutions and with the councils of the capital, khan, and sangkat, as well as various departments and units under the Phnom Penh Capital Administration. The event was held under the supreme presidency of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center. The meeting drew participation from Samdech Moha Rotsaphea Thika Thipdei Khuon Sudary, President of the National Assembly; Samdech Moha Bovor thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia; the King’s Supreme Privy Counselor; members of the Senate and National Assembly; the Royal Government; senior leaders across ministries and institutions, including secretaries of state, undersecretaries of state, and director generals together with the capital, khan, and sangkat councils, departments, and various units under the Phnom Penh Capital Administration, totaling more than 4,000 participants.

Samdech Techo Hun Sen has launched a program to go to the grassroots and meet local authorities at all levels, with the aim of reminding and encouraging officials to place greater focus on their areas of responsibility, especially the provision of public services to citizens and the resolution of issues of public concern.

In addition to urging improvements in service delivery, Samdech Techo Hun Sen also addressed public security and order, the fight against various crimes, the protection of natural resources, and administrative management at the local level.
