ក្នុងពិធីនោះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិតសភាចារ្យទេសរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ សមាជិក ព្រឹទ្ធសភា រដ្ឋសភា ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្ត ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្ត អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ព្រមទាំងសម្បទានិក។
ពិធីដ៏អធិកអធមនេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងដេីម្បីអបអរសាទរខួបលេីកទី១៩ ទិវាអតីតយុទ្ធជន និងនិវត្តជនកម្ពុជា និងពិធីប្រគល់ផ្ទះ និងដីឡូតិ៍ ចំនួន ១០០ខ្នង ស្ថិតនៅភូមិអូរកាខុប ឃុំក្រាំងល្វា ស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ដែលជាអំណោយដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លារបស់សម្តេចធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ជូនដល់អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងនិវត្តជន ចំនួន ២ខេត្ត គឺខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងខេត្តកណ្តាល។ ពិធីប្រគល់ផ្ទះ និងដីឡូតិ៍ដល់អតីតយុទ្ធជន និងនិវត្តជននាពេលនេះ គឺជាសក្ខីភាពបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញអំពីការគិតគូរ យកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់លើសុខទុក្ខ និងការលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់បងប្អូនអតីតយុទ្ធជន និងគ្រួសារអតីតយុទ្ធជន ពីសំណាក់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជនកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយភាពប៉ិនប្រសប់របស់ សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងជាប្រធានសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជនកម្ពុជា និងសម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាអនុប្រធានសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជនកម្ពុជា។
គួរជម្រាបជូនដែរថា តំបន់សម្បទាននេះ មានផ្ទៃដីសរុប ១ ៣៥៣ហិកតា ដោយបានសាងសង់ផ្ទះជូនអតីតយុទ្ធជនជា២ជំហាន សរុបចំនួន ២១៤ខ្នង ចាប់សាងសង់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០២២ មក។ ដោយឡែក ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានចូលរួមកសាងផ្លូវល្បាយក្រួស ចំនួន ២ខ្សែ ប្រវែងសរុប ៤ ១០០ម៉ែត្រ, និងសាងសង់អណ្ដូង ចំនួន ៧អណ្ដូង, បានតម្លើងម៉ាស៊ីនចម្រោះទឹកស្អាតចំនួន១កន្លែងផងដែរ។
Kampong Chhnang Province: On Thursday morning, May 14, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, Permanent Vice Chair of the National Committee for Social Land Concessions, and First Deputy Head of the Royal Government’s Working Group for Kampong Chhnang Province, joined the ceremony to hand over houses and land plots to veterans and retired soldiers—100 houses in total—under the presidency of H.E. General Hun Manith, Director General of the General Department of Intelligence at the Ministry of National Defense and Deputy Commander of the Royal Cambodian Army, representing Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, H.E. Say Sam Al, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and Chair of the National Committee for Social Land Concessions; and H.E. Kitti Sangha Pandit Kun Kim, Senior Minister, Vice President and Secretary‑General of the Cambodian Veterans and pensioners Association.
Also in attendance were H.E. Dr. senior ministers and dignitaries, members of the Senate and the National Assembly, representatives of relevant ministries and institutions, the provincial governor’s board, provincial leadership, local authorities, and the beneficiary households.
This grand ceremony was organized to celebrate the 19th anniversary of Cambodian Veterans and Pensioners Day and to hand over 100 houses located in O Kakhob Village, Krang Lvea Commune, Samakki Meanchey District, Kampong Chhnang Province. The houses are a generous gift from the Prime Minister and his spouse (Lok Chumteav, Doctor) to veterans and retired soldiers from two provinces—Kampong Chhnang and Kandal. The handover demonstrates the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Cambodian Veterans Association’s strong care and commitment to the well‑being and livelihoods of veterans and their families, under the able leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister and President of the Cambodian Veterans Association, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Vice President of the Association.
It should be noted that the concession area covers a total of 1353 hectares. Houses for veterans have been built in two phases, totaling 214 units since construction began in 2022. Separately, the Ministry of Rural Development has built two gravel‑mix roads with a combined length of 4,100 meters, constructed 10 wells, and installed one clean‑water filtration facility.
