សូមជម្រាបជូនថា សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា បានសហការជាមួយរដ្ឋបាលរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីរៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍នគរសង្ក្រាន្តនៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ក្នុងគោលបំណងសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន៖ លើកតម្កើងអត្តសញ្ញាណ វប្បធម៌ និងប្រពៃណីជាតិ,  បំផុសស្មារតីឯកភាពជាតិ សាមគ្គីភាព ភាតរភាព និងការរួបរួមជាតិខ្មែរឱ្យរឹតតែរឹងមាំនៅគ្រប់កាលៈទេសៈ, លើកស្ទួយ និងជំរុញចរន្តសេដ្ឋកិច្ចក្នុងស្រុក ព្រមទាំង ចលនាគាំទ្រផលិតផលក្នុងស្រុក និងចំណី-ម្ហូប អាហារខ្មែរចម្រុះតាមតំបន់, ផ្សព្វផ្សាយពីបរិយាកាសសង្គមវិជ្ជមានរបស់កម្ពុជាទៅកាន់ពិភពលោក, និងដើម្បីជំរុញទេសចរក្នុងប្រទេស អន្តរជាតិ និងលើកទឹកចិត្តឱ្យបងប្អូនខ្មែរពីគ្រប់ទិសទី ជាពិសេសខ្មែរនៅឯនាយសមុទ្រ៕

Phnom Penh: On Tuesday morning, April 14, 2026, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development and a member of the Standing Committee of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC), attended a chanting ceremony to invoke blessings and welcome the New Year angel event for B.E. 2569–2570, celebrating the traditional Khmer New Year. He joined in welcoming the new year’s angel for the Year of the Dragon, B.E 2570, named Reak Sa Devi, the third daughter of Kabil Mahaprom, under the high presidency of H.E. Hun Mani, President of the UYFC and Chairman of the Nokor Sankranta Organizing Committee, at the grounds of the historic Wat Phnom in Phnom Penh.

Please be informed that the UYFC has cooperated with the Phnom Penh Capital Administration to organize the Nokor Sankranta event in Phnom Penh. The main objectives include elevating national identity, culture, and traditions, fostering the spirit of national unity, solidarity, fraternity, and stronger Khmer cohesion at all times, boosting and promoting the domestic economy along with the movement to support locally made products and diverse Khmer regional cuisines, showcasing Cambodia’s positive social atmosphere to the world, and encouraging domestic and international tourism as well as motivating Khmer compatriots from all directions, especially those oversea to participate.
