ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏វិសេសវិសាលនោះ លោកជំទាវប្រតិភូសាខាសមាគម បានជូនកន្ដ្រកផ្កាជូន សម្តេចមហារដ្ឋសភាធិការធិបតី ព្រមទាំងសូមបួងសួងដល់ទេវតាឆ្នាំថ្មី ឆ្នាំមមី ព្រះនាម រាក្យសាទេវី ដែលជាបុត្រីទី៣ របស់កបិលមហាព្រហ្ម សូមតាមជួយបីបាច់ថែរក្សា ប្រោសប្រទានពរជ័យ សិរីមង្គល វិបុលសុខ មហាប្រសើរ ជូនដល់សម្ដេច សូមទទួលបានសុខភាពបរិបូរណ៍ កម្លាំងមាំមួន បញ្ញាភ្លឺថ្លា អាយុយឺនយូរ និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតជូនជាតិមាតុភូមិ៕

Phnom Penh: On Friday morning, April 10, 2026 H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, led a delegation of the Ministry’s leadership and officials to lay wreaths and pay respects to the remains of Buddhist Patron Pho Phuong, mother of General Sar Thet, National Police Commissioner, who passed away on Wednesday, April 8, 2026 at 1:12 a.m., at the age of 95, at Sangkat Chrang Chamreh II, Russey Keo District, Phnom Penh.
In a deeply solemn spirit, H.E. Chhay Rithisen and the Ministry’s delegation extended heartfelt condolences to General Sar Thet, his spouse, and the entire family for the loss of Madam Pho Phuong, a virtuous mother of great merit who devoted her strength, compassion, and guidance to raising and educating her children and grandchildren to become worthy contributors to society. The Minister also noted that her passing is a loss to the Buddhist community, as she exemplified steadfast faith and generous support for the promotion of Buddhism in Cambodia.
On this mournful occasion, the Minister and delegation offered prayers, seeking the blessings of the Triple Gem and sacred virtues, that the venerable spirit of the Buddhist Patron Pho Phuong may attain peace and happiness in a blissful realm.
