[English Below] ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ១៤កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្ដស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ រួមជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ដ្រីបច្ចេកទេសក្រសួង និងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តកំពង់ចាម បានអញ្ជើញចុះពិនិត្យវឌ្ឍនភាព នៃការអភិវឌ្ឍនានានៅក្នុងសហគមន៍សំបូរមានជ័យ ស្ថិតនៅភូមិសំបូរ ឃុំសូភាស ស្រុកស្ទឹងត្រង់ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម ដែលក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ទើបប្រកាសទទួលស្គាល់ជាភូមិគំរូសម្រាប់គម្រោងឆ្នាំ២០២៥។

យោងតាមរបាយការណ៍របស់លោកប្រធានសហគមន៍សំបូរមានជ័យ បានបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញថាសហគមន៍មានសមាជិកសរុបចំនួន ២ ២៧៣នាក់ មកពីឃុំចំនួន ១០ឃុំ ក្នុងស្រុកស្ទឹងត្រង់ និងស្រុកចំការលើ ។ សហគមន៍នេះ មានផ្ទៃដីចំការរួម ១៣ហិកតា សម្រាប់ដាំបន្លែ/បន្លែផ្ទះសំណាញ់ មានសមត្ថភាពផលិត ៥០០០ តោន/ឆ្នាំ, មានក្រុមសន្សំ និងក្រុមឥណទាន, និងមានឃ្លាំងស្តុកសម្រាប់ប្រមូលនិងផ្គត់ផ្គង់ស្រូវ បន្លែ ផ្លែឈើ និងស្មៅចំណីសត្វ។ លើសពីនេះទៀត សហគមន៍ក៏មានផលិតលក់ប្រេងស្លឹកគ្រៃ ផលិតជីធម្មជាតិ ជីលាមកសត្វ ជីកំប៉ុស្ដិ៍សម្រាប់លក់ឱ្យសមាជិកសហគមន៍។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូ បានអញ្ជើញជួបសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលជាសមាជិកសហគមន៍ ដោយបានពាំនាំនូវប្រសាសន៍ផ្ដាំផ្ញើសុខទុក្ខ ប្រកបដោយក្ដីនឹករលឹក និងពរសព្ទសាធុការពីសំណាក់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំជាន់ខ្ពស់នៃរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ជូនដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋក្នុងសហគមន៍។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍនៅតំបន់ជនបទ ដោយបច្ចុប្បន្នក្រសួងចំនួន ៣ រួមមាន ក្រសួងកសិកម្ម រុក្ខាប្រមាញ់ និងនេសាទ ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម និងក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បាននិងកំពុងសហការគ្នាជាសហថាមពល ដែលហៅកាត់ថាក្រុមការងារ “ត្រី-វិស័យ” ធ្វើការជំរុញនិងអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍នៅតំបន់ជនបទឱ្យមានការរីកចម្រើនកាន់តែឆាប់រហ័ស។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានបន្ដជម្រាបជូនអំពីតួនាទី និងភារកិច្ចរបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្នុងការជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍ តាមរយៈការលើកកម្រិតគុណភាពផ្លូវឱ្យមានភាពធន់នឹងអាកាសធាតុ, លើកកម្ពស់សុខភាព អនាម័យ និងបរិស្ថានរស់នៅរបស់សហគមន៍ជនបទ, ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍និងចលនាភូមិគំរូ, ព្រមទាំងការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញមូលដ្ឋាន និងបំណិនជីវិតដើម្បីឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋមានមុខរបរនិងរកប្រាក់ចំណូលបន្ថែម ក្នុងគោលដៅធ្វើឱ្យសង្គមជនបទកម្ពុជាឱ្យមានវិបុលភាពប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន សមធម៌ និងចីរភាព។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ក៏បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីកិច្ចខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងនីតិកាលកន្លងមកក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ប៉ិនប្រសប់របស់ សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន អតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការកសាង និងអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិឱ្យកាន់តែរីកចម្រើនជាលំដាប់ ឈានទៅសម្រេចចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាជាប្រទេសមានប្រាក់ចំណូលខ្ពស់នៅឆ្នាំ២០៥០ ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានផ្ដាំផ្ញើដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់ចូលរួមថែរក្សា ការពារនូវសមិទ្ធផលនានានៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋានដែលរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលបានកសាងឱ្យបានល្អប្រសើរ ដែលអាចបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍បានយូរអង្វែង។

H.E. Chhay Rithisen and Delegation from the Ministry of Rural Development Inspect Development Progress at Sambo Meanchey Agriculture Cooperative in Kampong Cham Province

Kampong Cham Province: On Wednesday morning , 1 April 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, together with senior leadership, technical officials of the Ministry, and the Kampong Cham Provincial Department of Rural Development, paid a field visit to inspect progress on various development activities in the Sambo Meanchey Agriculture Cooperative, located in Sambo Village, Sopheap Commune, Steung Trang District, Kampong Cham Province. The Ministry of Rural Development recently recognized this village as a model village for the 2025 project.

According to the report by the chief of the Sambo Meanchey Agriculture Cooperative, the Cooperative has a total of 2,273 members from 10 communes across Steung Trang and Chamkar Leu districts. The cooperative collectively manages 13 hectares of farmland for vegetable cultivation and net-house gardening, with a production capacity of 5,000 tons per year. It also operates savings and credit groups, and maintains storage facilities to collect and supply rice, vegetables, fruits, and animal fodder. In addition, the cooperative produces and sells citronella leaf oil, and manufactures organic fertilizers, animal manure fertilizer, and compost for sale to community members.

On this occasion, the Minister and delegation also met with cooperative members, conveying warm greetings, care, and commendations from the senior leadership of the Royal Government to the community. The Minister outlined the Government’s attention to rural development, noting that three ministries, the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, the Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology, and the Ministry of Rural Development, are collaborating as a joint “Tri-Sector” working group to accelerate the growth of rural communities.

The Minister further explained the roles and responsibilities of the Ministry of Rural Development in promoting development by Upgrading road quality to be more climate-resilient, Improving health, sanitation, and living environments in rural communities, Advancing community development and the Model Village movement, Providing basic skills training and life-skills to enable citizens to secure livelihoods and earn additional income all with the aim of building rural society to be prosperous with the inclusiveness, equity, and sustainability.

He also emphasized the Royal Government’s sustained efforts during past legislatures under the capable leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister, and in the 7th Legislature under the wised leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, to continuously build and develop the nation toward realizing the vision of Cambodia becoming a high-income country by 2050. The Minister appealed to all citizens to help maintain and safeguard the achievements established by the Government at the grassroots level so they can serve the public interest for the long term.

Finally, the Minister delivered gifts and funding graciously provided by Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet and the First Lady, to support the community’s operations.
