អង្គប្រជុំបានធ្វើការពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់ និងផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលដ៏មានសារសំខាន់ជាច្រើន ដែលជាការតម្រង់ទិសដល់ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ច ក៏ដូចជាអង្គភាពជំនាញដើម្បីធ្វើការកែសម្រួលឯកសារស្ដីពីការកំណត់និងការពិពណ៌នាមុខតំណែងវិជ្ជាជីវៈអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ឱ្យបានគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ មានសង្គតិភាពជាមួយអនុក្រឹត្យលេខ ២៣៧ អនក្រ.បក ស្ដីពី ការរៀបចំនិងការប្រព្រឹត្តទៅរបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងឱ្យស្របតាមវិធានការគន្លឹះក្នុងការកែទម្រង់រដ្ឋបាលសាធារណៈរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៕
Phnom Penh: On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, chaired a meeting to review the progress of preparing the document on the definition and description of professional positions in rural development. The meeting was attended by the Permanent Secretary of State, Excellencies, Ladies, and other senior leaders, heads of departments across all units, technical officials, and the working group from the Secretariat for Public Administration Reform of the Ministry of Rural Development.
The meeting conducted a careful review and in-depth discussion, and provided numerous important inputs to guide the working group and relevant technical units in refining the document on defining and describing professional positions in rural development. The refinement aims to ensure the document is comprehensive and coherent with Sub-Decree No. 237 ANKr.BK on the Organization and Functioning of the Ministry of Rural Development, and aligned with the Royal Government’s key public administration reform measures during the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly, under the leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
