[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ១២កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូក្រសួង អញ្ជើញដាក់កម្រងផ្កា និងគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធ សព ឯកឧត្ដម ឡុង ផល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ ដែលបានមរណភាព កាលពីថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៩កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ វេលាម៉ោង១៣:២២នាទីព្រឹក ក្នុងជន្មាយុ ៧៦ឆ្នាំ ដោយរោគាពាធ ស្ថិតនៅសង្កាត់និរោធ ខណ្ឌច្បារអំពៅ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ។
ក្នុងឱកាសប្រកបដោយសេចក្តីទុក្ខក្រៀមក្រំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូរួមដំណើរ បានសម្ដែងនូវសមានទុក្ខ និងបានចូលរួមរំលែកនូវមរណទុក្ខដោយក្តីសោកស្តាយស្រណោះអាឡោះអាល័យបំផុត ចំពោះការបាត់បង់ ឯកឧត្ដម ឡុង ផល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងមហាផ្ទៃ គឺជាការបាត់បង់នូវឥស្សជន ដែលក្នុងមួយជន្មាយុរបស់ឯកឧត្ដម បានលះបង់កម្លាំងកាយពល និងបញ្ញាញាណក្នុងបុព្វហេតុចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការកសាងសង្គមជាតិ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូរួមដំណើរ បានឧទ្ទិសមហាកុសលដល់វិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធឯកឧត្ដម ឡុង ផល សូមបានទៅកាន់សុគតិភព និងទីបំផុតនៃជាតិ សូមបានទៅដល់ស្ថានបរមសុខគឺព្រះនិព្វាន កុំបីឃ្លៀងឃ្លាតឡើយ៕

Phnom Penh: On Monday morning, 30 March 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, led a delegation from the Ministry to lay a wreath and pay respects to the late H.E. Long Phal, Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Interior, who passed away on Friday, 27 March 2026, at 1:22 a.m., at the age of 76, due to illness, in Nirouth Sangkat, Chbar Ampov Khan, Phnom Penh.
On this solemn occasion, the Minister and the accompanying delegation expressed their deepest condolences and profound sorrow over the passing of H.E. Long Phal, a distinguished figure who, throughout his life, devoted his strength, energy, and wisdom to actively contributing to nation building. The Minister and delegation also dedicated great merit to the spirit of H.E. Long Phal, praying for his passage to a blessed realm and, ultimately, to the supreme state of peace.
