ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន អញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិនិត្យលើការរៀបចំរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធថវិកាកម្មវិធីឆ្នាំ២០២៧ របស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ

[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៩កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យការរៀបចំរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធថវិកាកម្មវិធីឆ្នាំ២០២៧ របស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្ដម លោកជំទាវ ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង ប្រធានអង្គភាព និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញគ្រប់អង្គភាពចំណុះក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។

អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់លើផែនការថវិកាកម្មវិធី ដែលក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសបានរៀបចំឡើង បានយ៉ាងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដែលជាការជំរុញឱ្យការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទទទួលបានជោគជ័យ ស្របតាមគោលដៅដែលបានកំណត់នៅក្នុងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០៣៥ និងដើម្បីចូលរួមសម្រេចឱ្យបានយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ដបញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី ១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

អញ្ជើញមានប្រសាសន៍ដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានថ្លែងការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញទាំងអស់ដែលយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការថវិកាបានយ៉ាងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ និងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះអង្គប្រជុំទាំងមូលដែលបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងផុសផុលក្នុងការផ្តល់ធាតុចូលដ៏មានសារសំខាន់ជាច្រើន។ ជាចុងក្រោយ  ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ដល់ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស ដាក់បញ្ចូលនូវធាតុចូលដែលទទួលបានពីអង្គប្រជុំ និងកែសម្រួលនូវចំណុចដែលអង្គប្រជុំបានឯកភាពឱ្យកាន់តែបានគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ មានសង្គតិភាពទៅនឹងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនៃកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពនៅក្នុងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្ររបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ៕

Phnom Penh: On Friday Morning, 27 March 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, chaired a meeting to review the preparation of the Ministry’s 2027 program budget structure. The meeting was attended by Excellencies and Ladies from the Ministry’s leadership, heads of units, and technical officials from all departments under the Ministry of Rural Development.

The meeting thoroughly reviewed and discussed the program budget plan prepared by the technical working group, aimed at effectively driving the successful implementation of rural development action plans, in alignment with the goals set forth in the National Policy on Rural Development 2025–2035, and contributing to the achievement of Phase I of the Royal Government’s Pentagon Strategy during the 7th Legislature, under the principled leadership of Samdech Moha Bovothipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.

In his remarks leading the meeting, the Minister praised and highly appreciated the Ministry’s leadership and all technical officials for their diligence and strong sense of responsibility in preparing an effective budget plan. He also expressed gratitude to the entire assembly for their active participation and for providing many important inputs. Finally, the Minister advised the technical working group to incorporate the inputs from the meeting and refine the agreed-upon points comprehensively, ensuring coherence with the structure of priority programs within the Ministry of Rural Development’s strategic plan.
