[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ៧កើត ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារប្រចាំខែមីនា និងលើកទិសដៅការងារខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ។
កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានការចូលរួមដោយផ្ទាល់ពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ដោយឡែក ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ ជាទីប្រឹក្សាក្រសួង, និងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទទាំង ២៥ រាជធានី-ខេត្ត អញ្ជើញចូលរួមតាមរយៈប្រព័ន្ធនិម្មិត (Zoom Meeting)។
កិច្ចប្រជុំបានដំណើរការទៅតាមរបៀបវារៈដែលបានគ្រោងទុក ដោយជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើមជាការអានសេចក្ដីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពការងារប្រចាំខែមីនា ដោយ ឯកឧត្ដម បាន បូរ័ត្ន អគ្គនាយករដ្ឋបាល និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ។ តាមរយៈរបាយការណ៍បានបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញថា ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទបាននិងកំពុងបំពេញបេសកកម្មយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍតំបន់ជនបទដើម្បីរួមចំណែកលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពប្រជាជន ដោយដាក់ចេញនូវចក្ខុវិស័យ កសាងសង្គមជនបទកម្ពុជាឱ្យមានវិបុលភាពប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន សមធម៌ និងចីរភាព តាមរយៈការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពទាំង ៥ គឺ១-ការអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរូបវ័ន្ដ និងគមនាគមន៍ជនបទប្រកបដោយភាពធន់ ២-ការលើកកម្ពស់ការទទួលបានទឹកស្អាត និងអនាម័យបរិស្ថានជនបទ ៣-ការជំរុញអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ជនបទ និងចលនាភូមិគំរូ ៤-ការលើកកម្ពស់ការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជនបទ និងទី៥-ការគ្រប់គ្រងស្ថាប័ន និងសេវាគាំទ្រទូទៅ ។ បន្ទាប់ពីបញ្ចប់ការអានសេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍ប្រចាំខែមីនារួចមក លោក ផេង សំបូរ ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការ និងទំនាក់ទំនងសាធារណៈ បានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញអំពីការប្រៀបធៀបលទ្ធផលការងារដែលសម្រេចបានក្នុងខែមីនាក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ធៀបនិងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ក៏មានការធ្វើរបាយការណ៍ស្តីពីវឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់សមាគមសង្គហមិត្ត និងទិសដៅការងារបន្តប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់សមាគមសង្គហមិត្ត ដោយឯកឧត្តមប្រធានលេខាធិការដ្ឋានសមាគម និងការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្តីពី “ការធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ និងជំរឿនមន្ត្រីជាក់ស្ដែងនៅតាមរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធរបស់ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នចំណុះអង្គការនីតិប្រតិបត្តិ” ដោយលោក ផល សុខសំណាង ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានរដ្ឋបាល និងបុគ្គលិកផងដែរ។
បន្ទាប់ពីបានស្ដាប់សេចក្ដីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍ និងទិសដៅការងារបន្ដរបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទក៏ដូចជារបាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពការងាររបស់សមាគមសង្គហមិត្ត រួចមក ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ប្ញទ្ធិសែន បានថ្លែងការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះវឌ្ឍនភាពការងារដែលក្រសួងសម្រេចបាន និងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ដ្រីរាជការគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ដែលបានយកចិត្តទុកដាក់អនុវត្តតួនាទី ភារកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួនយ៉ាងសកម្ម ដើម្បីធ្វើឱ្យសម្រេចបានគោលដៅនៃផែនការដែលបានកំណត់។ ជាចុងបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានផ្តល់ជាអនុសាសន៍មួយចំនួនដែលជាការតម្រង់ទិសជូនដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ដ្រីរាជការគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ក្នុងការបន្តអនុវត្តតួនាទីភារកិច្ចឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងចូលរួមសម្រេចឱ្យបាននូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៕
Phnom Penh: On Wednesday Morning, 25 March 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, presided over a meeting to summarize the March work results and set the work directions for April 2026 for the Ministry of Rural Development. The meeting was attended in person by the Permanent Secretary of State, Excellencies, Ladies, and the Ministry’s leadership at headquarters, while the Ministry’s advisers and all 25 capital–provincial Departments of Rural Development participated via the virtual platform (Zoom Meeting).
The meeting proceeded according to the planned agenda, beginning with the reading of the draft March progress report by H.E. Ban Boroath, Director General of Administration and Finance. The report showed that the Ministry of Rural Development has been actively carrying out its mission to develop rural areas and help improve people’s livelihoods, guided by a vision to build a prosperous rural society with inclusiveness, equity, and sustainability, through the implementation of five priority programs: 1) Developing resilient rural physical infrastructure and transportation, 2) Expanding access to rural clean water and environmental sanitation, 3) Promoting rural community development and the Model Village movement, 4) Advancing rural economic diversification, and 5) Strengthening institutional management and general support services.
After the draft monthly report, Mr. Pheng Sambo, Director of the Department of Planning and Public Relations, presented a comparison of March 2025 versus March 2026 results. In addition, there was a report on the progress and 2026 work directions of the Samakhum Songhamit (Association of Community Solidarity) by the Association’s Secretary-General, as well as a presentation on “Updating the Structure and Appointing Specific Officials within the Ministry’s organizational framework and subordinate institutions under the Executive Branch” by Mr. Phal Soksamnang, Director of the Department of Administration and Personnel.
After hearing the draft reports and continued work directions of the Ministry of Rural Development, as well as the association’s progress report, H.E. Chhay Rithisen expressed praise and high appreciation for the progress achieved by the Ministry and thanked the leadership and civil servants at all levels for their dedication in actively fulfilling their duties to achieve the set plan objectives. In conclusion, the Minister offered several recommendations to help leaders and civil servants at all levels improve their duties and support the Pentagon Strategy Phase I under the leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
