Phnom Penh: In the afternoon of Friday, March 13, 2026, at the Ministry office, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, chaired a meeting to review the preparation of documents on the definition and description of rural development professional positions. The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Permanent Secretary of State, His and Her Excellencies the leaders, and technical officials, as well as the working group of the Public Reform Secretariat of the Ministry of Rural Development.

The meeting meticulously examined and discussed, providing many important inputs that serve as directives for the continued comprehensive preparation of the documents on the definition and description of rural development professional positions. This work aims to ensure alignment with Sub-decree No. 237 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Rural Development and to conform with the key measures for public administrative reform of the Royal Government for the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly, under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
