កិច្ចប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សា និងឆ្លងលើរបៀបវារៈសំខាន់ៗចំនួន ៤ រួមមាន៖ ទី១. វឌ្ឍនភាពការអនុវត្តការងារ និងទិសដៅបន្តក្នុងការបោសសម្អាតការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា (ONLINE SCAMS), ទី២. សេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រឆាំងការឆបោកតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា, ទី៣. របាយការណ៍វឌ្ឍនភាពស្តីពី ការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាជនភៀសសឹក, និងទី៤. ការវាយតម្លៃស្ថានភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ផ្អែកទៅលើហានិភ័យថ្មីៗដែលកើតចេញពីការប្រែប្រួលនៃភូមិសាស្ត្រនយោបាយ សេដ្ឋកិច្ចសកល និងតំបន់ ព្រមទាំងបញ្ហាប្រឈមក្នុងស្រុក៕
Phnom Penh: In the morning of Friday, March 13, 2026, His Excellency Chay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, attended the Plenary Session of the Council of Ministers under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Office of the Council of Ministers.
The meeting discussed and approved 4 main items on the agenda, including:
1. Progress in the implementation of work and the continued direction in cracking down on online scams.
2. The draft law on combating online scams.
3. A progress report on addressing the issue of displaced persons.
4. An assessment of Cambodia’s economic situation for 2026 based on new risks arising from fluctuations in geopolitics, the global and regional economy, as well as domestic challenges.
