ក្នុងវេលាដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំនេះដែរ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត បានពាំនាំប្រសាសន៍ចូលរួមរំលែកមរណទុក្ខដ៏ក្រៀមក្រំបំផុត និងប្រសាសន៍សួរសុខទុក្ខពី សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន សម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុនសែន រួមទាំង សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ជូនដល់ក្រុមគ្រួសារនៃសពផងដែរ។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនេះ លោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត បាននាំយកមកជាមួយនូវអំណោយរបស់ សម្តេចធិបតី និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត មានដូចជាថវិកា សម្ភារៈប្រើប្រាស់ និងគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ ជូនដល់ក្រុមគ្រួសារនៃសព ដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ជីវភាពរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃ។
ជាការតបស្នងសងគុណ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល រួមទាំងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជាទាំងអស់សូមចងចាំនូវវីរភាពដ៏អង់អាចក្លាហានរបស់ វីរកងទ័ព ដែលបានបូជាសាច់ស្រស់ឈាមស្រស់ដើម្បីការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី ក៏ដូចជាការផ្តល់ជូនមកវិញនូវសន្តិភាពជូនជាតិ មាតុភូមិ ។ សូមបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា សម្តេចធិបតី បានដាក់ចេញនូវគោលនយោបាយ និងយន្តការជាច្រើនដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់ក្រុមគ្រួសាររបស់យុទ្ធជនពលីដូចជាការផ្តល់ឱ្យមុខរបរចិញ្ចឹមជីវិត ការស្រោចស្រង់សមាជិកគ្រួសារ ការផ្តល់អាហារូបករណ៍ដល់កូនៗបានសិក្សាកម្រិតបរិញ្ញាបត្រ ការរៀបចំឥណទានសារជាថ្មី ការដោះស្រាយបំណុលជូនវីរយុទ្ធជនក្នុងសមរភូមិ ថែមទាំងមានការគិតគូរបង្កើតជាមូលនិធិសម្រាប់ជួយទ្រទ្រង់ដល់ក្រុមគ្រួសារវីរយុទ្ធជនពលីទៀតផង។ បន្ថែមពីលើនេះ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក៏បាននិងកំពុងជួយសម្របសម្រួលឱ្យជនភៀសសឹកបានទៅផ្ទះសំបែងវិញ ការជួយដោះស្រាយហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ការជួយបោសសម្អាតអាវុធ គ្រាប់ យុទ្ធភ័ណ្ឌមិនទាន់ផ្ទុះ និងការស្តារជីវភាពរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃជាដើម៕
Kampong Chhnang Province: On Monday morning, 9 March 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen and his Lok Chumteav joined H.E. Dr. Pich Chanmony Hun Manet in presiding over a ceremony to hand over houses to two families of heroic soldiers and to pay respects to three fallen heroic soldiers and police officers in Samakki Meanchey district, Tuek Phos district, and Kampong Leaeng district, Kampong Chhnang province.
On this solemn occasion, H.E. Dr. Pich Chanmony conveyed deepest condolences and well-wishes from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Samdech Kittipritthbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, as well as from Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet to the bereaved families. At the same time, she brought gifts of financial assistance, household items, and essential goods to the families of the deceased to help ease their daily lives.
In grateful recognition, the Royal Government, together with all Cambodian people, will always remember the courageous heroism of the soldiers who sacrificed their very flesh and blood to defend the nation’s territorial integrity and bring peace to the motherland.
It should also be noted that the Prime Minister has introduced multiple policies and mechanisms to support the families of fallen and disabled veterans, such as providing livelihoods and employment opportunities, caring for family members, granting scholarships for children to pursue undergraduate studies, restructuring credit, settling debts for veterans in the battlefield, and considering the establishment of a foundation to further support the families of fallen heroes. In addition, the Royal Government has been and continues to facilitate the return of displaced persons to their homes, improving infrastructure, clearing weapons, ammunition, and unexploded ordnance, and restoring daily livelihoods, among other efforts.
