[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ៦កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ សមាជិកគណៈអចិន្ដ្រៃយ៍សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានកិត្តិយសក្រុមការងារសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងពិធីប្រកាសដាក់ឱ្យអនុវត្តឯកសារផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវស្តីពី សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា២.០ (UYFC 2.0) ឆ្ពោះទៅឆ្នាំ២០២៨ របស់សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ហ៊ុន ម៉ានី ប្រធានសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា នៅមណ្ឌលសន្និបាត និងពិព័រណ៍កោះពេជ្រ ។

គួរជម្រាបជូនដែរថា សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា បានរៀបចំ “ឯកសារផែនទីបង្ហាញផ្លូវស្តីពី សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា២.០ (UYFC 2.0) ឆ្ពោះទៅឆ្នាំ២០២៨” សម្រាប់រចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ស.ស.យ.ក. គ្រប់កម្រិតយកទៅអនុវត្ត ក្នុងគោលបំណងពង្រឹង និងពង្រីកស្ថាប័នឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពរឹងមាំ ធានានិរន្តរភាពសកម្មភាពការងារឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពធន់ ឆ្លើយតបបានទៅនឹងបេសកកម្ម និងការវិវត្តឥតឈប់ឈរនៃស្ថានភាពសង្គម សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងប្រជាសាស្ត្ររបស់ប្រទេសជាតិ ៕

Phnom Penh: On the morning of Sunday, February 22, 2026, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, Permanent Member of Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia Committee, and Honorary President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia’s Working Group for the Rural Development Sector, attended the ceremony announcing the implementation of the Roadmap Document on the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia 2.0 (UYFC 2.0) Towards 2028 of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia. The event was held under the high presidency of His Excellency Hun Many, President of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia, at the Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center.

It should be noted that the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia has prepared the “Roadmap Document on the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia 2.0 (UYFC 2.0) Towards 2028” for UYFC structures at all levels to implement. This aims to strengthen and expand the institution to be more robust, ensure the sustainability of its activities with greater resilience, and respond effectively to its mission and the constant evolution of the nation’s social, economic, and demographic situations.
