[English Below] ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង៖ ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ និងស្រុកទឹកផុស ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងលើកទិសដៅការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់ខ្លួន ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ អនុប្រធានទី១ ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ និងស្រុកទឹកផុស នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៥កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២១ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅសាលាស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ។ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ អនុប្រធានក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះជួយស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ និងស្រុកទឹកផុស, ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ  លោក លោកស្រី ប្រធាន អនុប្រធាន និងក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានឃុំទាំង ១៨ នៃស្រុកទាំងពីរ, ប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាស្រុក, អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុក, ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាឃុំ និងស្មៀនឃុំ សរុបចំនួន ៣១៩រូប។ កិច្ចប្រជុំត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យលើលទ្ធផលនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍមូលដ្ឋាន, ការលើកកម្ពស់ការផ្ដល់សេវាសាធារណៈ, ការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងសំណូមពរ និងការដោះស្រាយនូវបញ្ហានិងតម្រូវការនានាជូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងមូលដ្ឋាន របស់ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលស្រុកទាំង២ សំដៅចូលរួមគាំទ្រការអនុវត្ត កម្មវិធីនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលសម្រាប់ការកសាង និងការការពារមាតុភូមិឆ្នាំ២០២៣-២០២៨ និងយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណ ដំណាក់កាលទី១ ព្រមទាំងកម្មវិធីកំណែទម្រង់នានារបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា។

តាមរយៈរបាយការណ៍លទ្ធផលការងារដែលអានដោយលោកអភិបាលស្រុកទាំងពីរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានសម្ដែងការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងរបស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ដ្រីរាជការគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ដែលបានរួមសហការគ្នាយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទី ភារកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួនប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវ រហូតសម្រេចបានលទ្ធផលគួរជាទីមោទនៈសម្រាប់ផ្ដល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋពិតប្រាកដ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានផ្តល់នូវអនុសាសន៍មួយចំនួន ជូនដល់ក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល និងអាជ្ញាធរគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ ដើម្បីបន្តដំណើរការអនុវត្តការងារឱ្យសម្រេចបានជោគជ័យ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាពខ្ពស់ ស្របតាមទិសដៅការងារដែលបានដាក់ចេញ ជាពិសេសការលើកកម្ពស់ការផ្ដល់សេវាសាធារណៈ និងការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយភូមិឃុំមានសុវត្ថិភាព៕

Kampong Chhnang Province: The Royal Government Working Groups for Samaki Meanchey District and Tuek Phos District, Kampong Chhnang Province, convened a meeting to review their 2025 work achievement and outline work directions for 2026. The meeting was held under the distinguished chairmanship of H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, First Vice-Chair of the Royal Government Working Group for Kampong Chhnang Province, and Head of the Royal Government Working Groups for Samaki Meanchey and Tuek Phos Districts.

The meeting took place on the morning of Saturday, February 21, 2026, at the Samaki Meanchey District Hall. It was attended by 319 participants, including: Their Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, Vice-Heads of the Royal Government Working Groups assisting Samaki Meanchey and Tuek Phos Districts; Their Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, Lok, and Lok Srey, who are Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, and members of the Royal Government Working Groups for all 18 communes of the two districts; District Council Chiefs; District Governors and Deputy Governors; Commune Councillors; and Commune Clerks.

The meeting was organized with the objective of reviewing the outcomes of local development, enhancing public service delivery, responding to requests, and addressing various issues and needs of the local population. This was carried out by the Royal Government Working Groups of the two districts, aiming to support the implementation of the Royal Government’s Political Platform for the Building and Defense of the Motherland 2023-2028, the Phase I Pentagonal Strategy, and various reform programs of the Royal Government of the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly. Based on the work result reports presented by the administration of both districts, H.E. the Minister expressed admiration and high appreciation for the efforts of leaders and civil servants at all levels. He commended their close collaboration in fulfilling their roles and duties with responsibility, achieving commendable results that provide tangible benefits to the people.

Concurrently, H.E. Minister provided several recommendations to the Royal Government Working Groups and authorities at all levels to ensure the continued successful and highly effective implementation of their work, in line with the set work directions. Special emphasis was placed on enhancing public service delivery and implementing the Safe Village-Commune Policy.
