ពិធីចែកវិញ្ញាបនបត្រសម្គាល់ម្ចាស់អចលនវត្ថុជំហាន២ និងប្រគល់ផ្ទះ ដីឡូតិ៍លំនៅឋានសម្បទានសង្គមកិច្ចជំហាន៣ នាពេលនេះ គឺជាការបង្ហាញឱ្យឃើញអំពីការគិតគូរ យកចិត្តទុកដាក់ខ្ពស់លើសុខទុក្ខ និងការលើកកម្ពស់ជីវភាពរស់នៅរបស់បងប្អូនអតីតយុទ្ធជន និងគ្រួសារអតីតយុទ្ធជន ពីសំណាក់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា និងសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជនកម្ពុជា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយភាពប៉ិនប្រសប់របស់ សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងជាប្រធានសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជនកម្ពុជា និងសម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាអនុប្រធានសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជនកម្ពុជា។
គួរជម្រាបជូនដែរថា ក្នុងតំបន់ដីសម្បទានសង្គមកិច្ចភូមិជីកដីនេះ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បាននិងកំពុងអភិវឌ្ឍដីសម្បទានលើផ្ទៃដីសរុប ១៥៣,៦៦ហិកតា និងបានសាងសង់ផ្ទះជូនបងប្អូនអតីតយុទ្ធជនសរុបចំនួន ៤៩១ខ្នងផ្ទះ ក្នុងនោះក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បាននិងកំពុងចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗរួមមាន៖ បានស្ថាបនានិងបានថែទាំខួបផ្លូវក្រាលល្បាយក្រួសក្រហម សរុបប្រវែង ១៦គីឡូម៉ែត្រ, បានសាងសង់លូកាត់ផ្លូវរំដោះទឹក សរុបចំនួន ២០កន្លែង, បានខួងអណ្ដួងស្នប់សរុបចំនួន ៣៤អណ្ដូង និងបានសាងសង់បង្គន់អនាម័យសរុបចំនួន ១៨០បង្គន់៕
Svay Rieng Province: On Thursday morning, February 12, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development and Permanent Vice-Chairman of the National Social Land Concession Committee, attended the ceremony to distribute 184 second-phase property ownership certificates and to hand over 91 third-phase houses and residential plots under the social land concession to beneficiaries in Chik Dei Village, Andong Trabaek Commune, Romeas Hek District, Svay Rieng Province, under the high presidency of H.E. Say Sam Al, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and Chairman of the National Social Land Concession Committee. The ceremony was also attended by other H.E. Ministers together with Excellencies, Ladies, leadership of relevant ministries and institutions, local authorities, as well as beneficiaries, totaling approximately 500 people.
The distribution of second-phase property ownership certificates and the handover of third-phase houses and residential plots under the social land concession at this time demonstrates the thoughtful concern for the well-being and the improvement of the living standards of former veterans and their families by the Royal Government of Cambodia and the Cambodian Veterans Association, under the leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, former Prime Minister and President of the Cambodian Veterans Association, and Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Vice President of the Cambodian Veterans Association.
Please be informed that in the Chik Dei Village social land concession area, the Royal Government has developed and is developing concessions on a total area of 153.66 hectares, and has built a total of 491 houses for our former veterans. In this, the Ministry of Rural Development has participated in and is continuing to develop key infrastructure, including: establishing and maintaining gravel-mix road sections with a total length of 16 kilometers, constructing 20 road-crossing drainage culverts, drilling a total of 34 pump wells, and building a total of 180 sanitation facilities.
