[English Below] ខេត្តកំពត៖ នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ៤រោច ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ រួមដំណើរដោយ ឯកឧត្តមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃក្រសួង បានដឹកនាំមន្ដ្រីជំនាញក្រសួង និងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តកំពត អញ្ជើញទៅពិនិត្យគុណភាពផ្លូវជនបទចំនួន ៧ខ្សែ នៅក្នុងខេត្តកំពតដូចខាងក្រោម៖

 

ខ្សែទី១៖ ឈ្មោះផ្លូវត្រពាំងតាមាស-អូរកណ្តោល ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST) មានប្រវែង ៦,៣៩៥គ.ម ទទឹងខ្នងលើ ៦ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិត្រពាំងតាមាស ឃុំដំណាក់សុក្រំ ទៅកាន់ភូមិអូរកណ្តោល ឃុំទទង់ ស្រុកដងទង់ ដោយមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ៧៩៩គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៣ ៣៤៥នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ២ ១២៥គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៩ ១៤៨នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តការសាងសង់ដោយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣។

 

ខ្សែទី២៖ ឈ្មោះផ្លូវព្រៃក្រាំងខាងជើង-ត្រពាំងឈូក ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST) មានប្រវែង ៦,៥៦៨គ.ម ទទឹងខ្នងលើ ៦ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិព្រៃក្រាំងខាងជើង ទៅកាន់ភូមិត្រពាំងឈូក ឃុំមានរិទ្ធ ស្រុកដងទង់ ខេត្តកំពត ដោយមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ១ ១៥២គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៣ ៩៨១នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៤០៨គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ២ ០៨២នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តការសាងសង់ដោយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៣។

 

ខ្សែទី៣៖ ឈ្មោះផ្លូវព្រៃឈើនាង-ពញ្ញាអង្គរ ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST) មានប្រវែង ១២,៣៧៩គ.ម ទទឹងខ្នងលើ ៦ម៉ែត្រ តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិព្រៃឈើនាង ឃុំបានៀវ ស្រុកឈូក ទៅកាន់ភូមិពញ្ញាអង្គរ ឃុំវត្តអង្គខាងជើង ស្រុកបន្ទាយមាស ខេត្តកំពត ដោយមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ២ ៧៥១គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១១ ៥០៩នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ១ ៨៦៨គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៦ ៧៣១នាក់។ ផ្លូវនេះត្រូវបានអនុវត្តការសាងសង់ដោយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៤។

 

ជារួមផ្លូវទាំង ៣ខ្សែខាងលើនេះ ស្ថិតក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌគម្រោងខ្សែច្រវ៉ាក់ផលិតកម្មដោយភាគរៈបរិស្ថាន ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ថវិកាសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា, ហិរញ្ញប្បទានពីធនាគារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អាស៊ី (ADB), និងឥណទានរបស់មូលនិធិអាកាសធាតុបៃតង ដោយមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់សរុបចំនួន ៤ ៧០២គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៨ ៨៣២នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលសរុបចំនួន ៤ ៤០១គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៧ ៩៦១នាក់ ។

 

ខ្សែទី៤៖ ឈ្នោះផ្លូវ ក្បាលរមាស-ចក្រីទីង ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST)  និងក្រាលបេតុង មានប្រវែងសរុប ១១,៣៤ គ.ម. និងមានសំណង់សិល្បការ្យមួយចំនួន តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិត្រពាំងសង្កែ ឃុំត្រពាំងសង្កែ ទៅដល់ភូមិភ្នំតូច ឃុំកណ្តោល ស្រុកទឹកឈូ។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ៣ ២០០គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៦ ៨៧៧នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៤ ០២២គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៨ ៩៦០នាក់ ។

 

ខ្សែទី៥៖ ឈ្មោះផ្លូវ ត្រពាំងព្រីង-កណ្តោល ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST)  និងក្រាលបេតុង មានប្រវែងសរុប ៤,៨២គ.ម. និងមានសំណង់សិល្បការ្យមួយចំនួន តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិបុស្សញិញ ឃុំកូនសត្វ ទៅដល់ភូមិត្រពាំងព្រីងខាងជើង ឃុំត្រពាំងព្រីង ស្រុកទឹកឈូ។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ២ ៧២៥គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៤ ៨៩៦នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ១ ៨៣៤ គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៨ ៣១៣នាក់ ។

 

ខ្សែទី៦៖ ឈ្មោះផ្លូវ វត្តតូប-បុស្សញិញ ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST)  និងក្រាលបេតុង មានប្រវែងសរុប ២,០២គ.ម. និងមានសំណង់សិល្បការ្យមួយចំនួន តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិបុស្សញិញ ឃុំកូនសត្វ ទៅដល់ភូមិត្រពាំងព្រីងខាងត្បូង ឃុំត្រពាំងព្រីង ស្រុកទឹកឈូ។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ១ ៨៣៤គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៨ ៣១៣នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ២ ១៦៦គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១ ០៤៨នាក់។

 

ខ្សែទី៧៖ ឈ្មោះផ្លូវកូនសត្វ-ព្រៃធំ ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST)  មានប្រវែង ៨,៥៦គ.ម. និងមានសំណង់សិល្បការ្យមួយចំនួន តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិបុស្សញិញ ឃុំកូនសត្វ ស្រុកទឹកឈូ ខេត្តកំពត ទៅដល់ភូមិដំណាក់ចង្អើរ សង្កាត់ព្រៃធំ ខេត្តកែប។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ១ ៨៤២គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៩ ៦៣១នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៤ ០២២គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៧ ៥៩៦នាក់។

 

ខ្សែផ្លូវចំនួន ៤ខ្សែចុងក្រោយ ត្រូវបានសាង់សង់ហើយក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៥កន្លងទៅនេះ ក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌគម្រោងគាំទ្រនិរន្តរភាពហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជនបទដើម្បីទីផ្សារកសិករ និងពាណិជ្ជូបនីយកម្មកសិកម្ម (SAAMBAT) ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការពី រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា, មូលនិធិអន្តរជាតិសម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍កសិកម្ម (IFAD), ធនាគារវិនិយោគអឺរ៉ុបនិងហិរញ្ញប្បទានពីមូលនិធិវិនិយោគអាស៊ី នៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប(EU-AIF) ដោយមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់សរុបចំនួន ៩ ៦០១គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៤៩ ៧១៧នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលសរុបចំនួន ១២ ០៤៤គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៤៥ ៩១៧នាក់។

មានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងឱកាសចុះពិនិត្យគុណភាពផ្លូវជនបទ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានបញ្ជាក់ថា រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានប្រគល់ភារកិច្ចជូនក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្នុងការលើកកម្រិតគុណភាពផ្លូវជនបទ ពីផ្លូវដីសឱ្យទៅជាផ្លូវក្រាលល្បាយក្រួស និងពីល្បាយក្រួសឱ្យទៅជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូ ឬបេតុង ដើម្បីមានភាពធន់នឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ សំដៅជួយសម្រួលដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋប្រើប្រាស់បានគ្រប់រដូវកាល និងយូរអង្វែង៕

 

Kampot Province: On Friday, February 6, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, accompanied by senior leadership of the Ministry, led technical officials of the Ministry and the Kampot Provincial Department of Rural Development to inspect the quality of 7 rural road sections in Kampot Province as follows:

 

Section 1: Trapang Ta Meas–O Kandal Road, a DBST road, with a length of 6,395 m and a carriageway width of 6 m, connecting Trapang Ta Meas Village, Domnak Sokram Commune, to O Kandal Village, Totung Commune, Dang Tong District, with 799 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 3,345 people, and 2,125 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 9,148 people. This road was constructed by the Ministry of Rural Development in 2023.

 

Section 2: Prey Krang North–Trapang Chhuk Road, a DBST road, with a length of 6,568 m and a carriageway width of 6 m, connecting Prey Krang North Village to Trapang Chhuk Village, Mean Ritth Commune, Dang Tong District, Kampot Province, with 1,152 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 3,981 people, and 408 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 2,082 people. This road was constructed by the Ministry of Rural Development in 2023.

 

Section 3: Prey Chheu Neang–Ponnhea Angkor Road, a DBST road, with a length of 12,379 m and a carriageway width of 6 m, connecting Prey Chheu Neang Village, Baniev Commune, Chhuk District, to Ponnhea Angkor Village, Wat Angk Khang Cheung Commune, Banteay Meas District, Kampot Province, with 2,751 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 11,509 people, and 1,868 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 6,731 people. This road was constructed by the Ministry of Rural Development in 2024.

In total, the above 3 sections of road are under the Climate-Friendly Agribusiness Value Chains Project, co-financing of the Royal Government of Cambodia, the Asian Development Bank (ADB), and the Green Climate Fund, with a total of 4,702 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 18,832 people, and a total of 4,401 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 17,961 people.

 

Section 4: Kbal Romas–Chakrei Ting Road, a DBST and concrete road, with a total length of 11.34 km, including some civil works structures, connecting Trapang Sangkae Village, Trapang Sangkae Commune, to Phnom Touch Village, Kandal Commune, Tuek Chhou District. This road section has 3,200 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 16,877 people, and 4,022 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 18,960 people.

 

Section 5: Trapang Pring–Kandal Road, a DBST and concrete road, with a total length of 4.82 km, including some civil works structures, connecting Boss Nhin Village, Kon Satv Commune, to North Trapang Pring Village, Trapang Pring Commune, Tuek Chhou District. This road section has 2,725 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 14,896 people, and 1,834 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 8,313 people.

 

Section 6: Wat Tob–Boss Nhin Road, a DBST and concrete road, with a total length of 2.02 km, including some civil works structures, connecting Boss Nhin Village, Kon Satv Commune, to South Trapang Pring Village, Trapang Pring Commune, Tuek Chhou District. This road section has 1,834 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 8,313 people, and 2,166 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 1,048 people.

 

Section 7: Kon Satv–Prey Thom Road, a DBST road, with a length of 8.56 km, including some civil works structures, connecting Boss Nhin Village, Kon Satv Commune, Tuek Chhou District, Kampot Province, to Damnak Chang’aeur Village, Prey Thom Sangkat, Kep Province. This road section has 1,842 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 9,631 people, and 4,022 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 17,596 people.

The four road sections were constructed in 2025 under the Sustainable Assets for Agricultural Markets, Business and Trade (SAAMBAT) Project, co-financing from the Royal Government of Cambodia, the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the European Investment Bank, and financing from the Asia Investment Facility of the European Union (EU-AIF), with a total of 9,601 households as direct beneficiaries, equivalent to 49,717 people, and a total of 12,044 households as indirect beneficiaries, equivalent to 45,917 people.

 

In remarks during the inspection of rural road quality, H.E. the Minister affirmed that the Royal Government, under the leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, has assigned the Ministry of Rural Development the task of upgrading climate resilient rural road quality from earth roads to gravel-mix roads, and from gravel-mix to DBST or concrete, enabling citizens to use them in all seasons and for the long term.
