នេត សាវឿន ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងជាប្រធានកិត្តិយសក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសកម្មភាពជនពិការ។ នៅសាលមហាស្រពកោះពេជ្រ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ឯកឧត្ដម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី និងអ្នកនាងកញ្ញាដែលអញ្ជើញមកពីក្រសួងស្ថាប័ន-អង្គភាពជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិ និងដៃគូអភិឌ្ឍន៍យ៉ា់ងច្រើនកុះករផងដែរ ។
Phnom Penh: On December 3, 2025, H. E. Sok Meng, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Rural Development, representing the high esteem of H.E.Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, was invited to attend the 27th Cambodian and 43rd International Day of Persons with Disabilities Celebration Ceremony. The event was held under the theme “Mainstreaming Disability in All Sectors to Promote Social Progress” and presided over by His Excellency Neth Savoeun, Deputy Prime Minister and the High Representative of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Honorary Chairman of the Disability Action Council. The ceremony took place at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Center, with the participation of Their Excellencies, Lok Chumteav, Lok, Lok Srey, and distinguished guests from national ministries-institutions, national and international organizations, and numerous development partners.
