[English Below] ខេត្តតាកែវ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ១៥កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ អមដោយឯកឧត្តមជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង បានអនុញ្ញាតជូន ឯកឧត្តម Kim Chang Yong ឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា រួមជាមួយសហការីចូលជួបសម្តែងការគួរសម និងពិភាក្សាការងារ។
ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្តើម ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងការអបអរសាទរចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តម ដែលត្រូវបានរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉ តែងតាំងជាឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតប្រចាំនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនប្រតិភូ អំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេស ក្រោមម្លប់សន្តិភាព ក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ឈ្លាសវៃ និងត្រឹមត្រូវរបស់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន បិតាសន្តិភាពនៃកម្ពុជា អតីតនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងបច្ចុប្បន្នជាប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងក្រោមការដឹកនាំបន្តវេនប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា តាមរយៈការដាក់ចេញនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ សំដៅសម្រេចឱ្យបានចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ២០៥០ ជាប្រទេសដែលមានប្រាក់ចំណូលកម្រិតខ្ពស់។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានបន្តលើកឡើងអំពីសមិទ្ធផលនានាដែលសម្រេចបាននាពេលកន្លងមករបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ តាមរយៈចក្ខុវិស័យ “កសាងសង្គមជនបទកម្ពុជាឱ្យមានវិបុលភាពប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន សមធម៌ និងចីរភាព” ស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០៣៥ ដែលបានដាក់ចេញនូវកម្មវិធីអាទិភាព ចំនួន ៥ ដែលធ្វើឱ្យតំបន់ជនបទមានសមាហរណកម្ម មានការអភិវឌ្ឍឆាប់រហ័ស និងធានាបានកំណើនប្រាក់ចំណូលក្នុងគ្រួសារប្រកបដោយចីរភាព និងមានសុខុមាលភាព។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ដែលបានចូលរួមចំណែកជួយដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជាទាំងផ្នែកសង្គម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច រួមមាន វិស័យអប់រំ សុខាភិបាល ការស្ថាបនាផ្លូវថ្នល់ ស្ពាន ការអភិវឌ្ឍភូមិគំរូ ការបណ្ដុះបណ្ដាលជំនាញមូលដ្ឋានដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅតំបន់ជនបទ ជាក់ស្តែងថ្ងៃនេះក្រសួង និងស្ថានទូតនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េប្រចាំកម្ពុជា នឹងរួមគ្នាក្នុងពិធីបើកការដ្ឋានស្ថាបនាមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សហគមន៍នៅក្នុងខេត្តតាកែវ។
បន្ទាប់ពីប្រសាសន៍ស្វាគមន៍របស់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រួចមក ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត បានសម្តែងការអបអរសាទរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការអភិវឌ្ឍក្នុងសន្ទុះមួយដ៏លឿនរបស់កម្ពុជា។ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត ក៏បានចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ក្នុងដំណើរការនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទនៅក្នុងប្រទេសកូរ៉េ និងបានលើកឡើងអំពីកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការដ៏ល្អជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ នាពេលកន្លងមក ហើយក្នុងនាមរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋកូរ៉េ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត បានសន្យាបន្តពង្រឹងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការឱ្យកាន់តែជិតស្និទ្ធបន្តទៀតជាមួយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ដើម្បីជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍនៅតំបន់ជនបទ ឱ្យមានសន្ទុះមួយកាន់តែលឿនថែមទៀត។
មុននឹងបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្តែងសេចក្ដីរីករាយ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះ ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូត និងសហការី ដែលបានបង្ហាញអំពីការចូលរួមបន្តកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការជាមួយក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទឱ្យកាន់តែមានភាពរឹងមាំថែមទៀត៕
Takeo Province: On Tuesday morning, 03 March 2026, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, accompanied by senior ministry officials, received His Excellency Kim Chang Yong, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Cambodia, along with his colleagues, for a courtesy call and working discussion.
At the outset, His Excellency the Minister extended his congratulations to His Excellency the Ambassador on his appointment by the Government of the Republic of Korea as Ambassador to the Kingdom of Cambodia. His Excellency the Minister also briefed the delegation on the country’s development under the shade of peace, under the wise and correct leadership of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Father of Peace of Cambodia, former Prime Minister and currently President of the Senate, and under the wise legacy leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, through the implementation of the Pentagonal Strategy-Phase 1 aimed at achieving the Cambodia Vision 2050 of becoming a high-income country. His Excellency the Minister also highlighted the past achievements of the Ministry of Rural Development through its vision of “Building a prosperous, inclusive, equitable, and resilient Cambodian rural society” in line with the National Policy on Rural Development 2025-2035, which sets out five priority programs to integrate rural areas, promote rapid development, and ensure sustainable income growth and household well-being. At the same time, His Excellency the Minister expressed gratitude to the Republic of Korea for its contributions to Cambodia’s social and economic development, including in education, healthcare, road and bridge construction, model village development, and basic skills training for rural people. A concrete example of this cooperation is the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a Community Development Centre in Takeo province, jointly organized today by the Ministry and the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Cambodia.
Following the welcoming remarks by His Excellency the Minister, His Excellency the Ambassador expressed his congratulations and high appreciation for Cambodia’s rapid development momentum. His Excellency the Ambassador also shared experiences regarding rural development processes in Korea and highlighted the excellent past cooperation with the Royal Government of Cambodia, as well as with the Ministry of Rural Development. On behalf of the Government of the Republic of Korea, His Excellency the Ambassador pledged to further strengthen and deepen cooperation with the Ministry of Rural Development to accelerate rural development even more.
In conclusion, His Excellency the Minister expressed his pleasure and thanked His Excellency the Ambassador and his colleagues for their commitment to continuing and further strengthening cooperation with the Ministry of Rural Development.
