កិច្ចប្រជុំបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅដោយមានការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញចំនួន ០២ រួមមាន៖ ទី១: សេចក្ដីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍសហគមន៍ជនបទ និងចលនាភូមិគំរូ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣៣ ដោយ លោក ឌី សារ៉ាត់ ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ភូមិ និងសហគមន៍ជនបទ និងទី២: សេចក្ដីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រស្ដីពី ការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រួសារនៅតំបន់ជនបទ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣៣ ដោយ លោក អឿន ធារិទ្ធ ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សេដ្ឋកិច្ចជនបទ។ បន្ទាប់ពីការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញនីមួយៗរួច អង្គប្រជុំបានពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់ និងផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រដែលក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសបានរៀបចំ ដើម្បីឱ្យសេចក្តីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រនេះ មានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ហើយអាចអនុវត្តសម្រេចបានជោគជ័យ ប្រកបដោយប្រសិទ្ធភាព និងស័ក្ដិសិទ្ធិភាពខ្ពស់។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ដល់ក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេស ឱ្យដាក់បញ្ចូលនូវធាតុចូលដែលទទួលបានពីអង្គប្រជុំទៅក្នុងសេចក្ដីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនេះ ដើម្បីធានាថា ផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រដែលបានរៀបចំ និងសម្រេចដាក់ចេញឱ្យប្រើប្រាស់ជាផ្លូវការ មានសង្គតិភាពទៅនឹងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០៣៥ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិត និងថាមវន្ដរបស់សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៕

H.E. Chhay Rithisen chairs a review meeting on progress in formulating strategic plans under the Ministry of Rural Development’s priority programs
Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of Monday, the 9th waning day of Photrobot, Year of the Goat, Atthasak, B.E. 2570—corresponding to October 5, 2026—at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, chaired a meeting to review progress in preparing strategic plans under the Ministry of Rural Development’s priority programs. The meeting was attended by Excellencies, ladies and gentlemen in leadership, and the Ministry’s technical officials.
The meeting featured two presentations: (1) Draft Strategic Plan on Rural Community Development and the Model Village Movement, 2026–2033, presented by Mr. Dy Sarath, Director of the Department of Village and Rural Community Development. (2) Draft Strategic Plan on Diversifying Household Economies in Rural Areas, 2026–2033, presented by Mr. Oeun Thearith, Director of the Department of Rural Economic Development.
After each presentation, participants held in-depth discussions and provided important input to the draft strategic plans prepared by the technical working groups, ensuring the drafts are comprehensive and can be implemented effectively and with high impact. The Minister also instructed the technical working group to incorporate the inputs from the meeting into the drafts to ensure that the finalized strategic plans, once officially adopted, are consistent with the Royal Government’s National Policy on Rural Development 2025–2035 in the 7th legislature of the National Assembly, under the dynamic leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
