[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ៦កើត ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២២ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យផែនការកម្មវិធីវិនិយោគសាធារណៈ ៣ឆ្នាំរំកិល របស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្តមជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង និងក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសផងដែរ។
អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់លើផែនការ ដែលក្រុមការងារបច្ចេកទេសបានរៀបចំឡើងបានយ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរ និងមានសង្គតិភាពទៅនឹងរចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនៃកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពនៅក្នុងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្ររបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ សម្រាប់អនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទទទួលបានជោគជ័យ ឈានទៅសម្រេចគោលដៅដែលបានកំណត់នៅក្នុងគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០៣៥ និងដើម្បីចូលរួមសម្រេចឱ្យបានយុទ្ធសាស្រ្ដបញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី ១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។
ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្រ្ដី បានថ្លែងការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីជំនាញទាំងអស់ដែលយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ក្នុងការរៀបចំផែនការថវិកាបានគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ ប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ ព្រមទាំងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះអង្គប្រជុំទាំងមូលដែលបានចូលរួមពិនិត្យនិងផ្តល់ចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍លើចំណុចសំខាន់ៗនៅក្នុងផែនការនេះ៕
Phnom Penh: On the morning of Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, chaired a progress review meeting on the Ministry of Rural Development’s Rolling 3 Year Public Investment Program (PIP). In attendance were the Permanent Secretary of State, senior ministry leadership, and members of the technical working group.
The meeting conducted a careful review and discussion of the plan prepared by the technical team, noting its high quality and close alignment with the priority program structure in the Ministry’s strategic plan. The aim is to ensure the successful implementation of rural development activities toward the targets set in the National Policy on Rural Development 2025–2035 and to contribute to achieving Phase I of the Royal Government’s Pentagonal Strategy under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
In closing, the Minister commended and highly valued the leadership and technical officials for their thorough, responsible preparation of the budget and investment plan, and expressed appreciation to all participants for their constructive review and attention to the plan’s key points.
