នាឱកាសនៃការអញ្ជើញជួបសំណេះសំណាលនាពេលនេះ ឯឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីបានពាំនាំនូវការផ្តាំផ្ញើសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងសេចក្ដីនឹករលឹកពីសំណាក់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងសម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុនសែន ប្រធានកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ជូនដល់កងកម្លាំងទាំងអស់។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានសម្តែងការកោតសសើរ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការបំពេញការងារប្រកបដោយទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់។ នាឱកាសនោះផងដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានអញ្ជើញប្រគល់ជាគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ សម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់ និងថវិកាមួយចំនួន ព្រមទាំងការការជូនពរសព្វសាធុការដល់កងកម្លាំងគ្រប់រូបដែលបំរើការក្នុងក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ សូមទេវតាឆ្នាំថ្មី ឆ្នាំមមី សូមតាមជួយបីបាច់ថែរក្សា ប្រោសប្រទានពរជ័យ សិរីមង្គល វិបុលសុខ មហាប្រសើរ កុំបីឃ្លៀងឃ្លាតឡើយ៕
Phnom Penh: On Monday morning, April 13, 2026, at the Ministry of Rural Development, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, met with and conveyed heartfelt thanks to the security forces serving at the MRD headquarters. The event was attended by the Permanent Secretary of State, Secretaries and Under‑Secretaries of State, the Director General, and the Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance of the Ministry.
On this occasion, the Minister relayed greetings, well‑wishes, and regard from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, Samdech Kittipritthbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the First Lady.
H.E. Chhay Rithisen praised the security forces for their dedicated, highly responsible service. He also presented gifts, foodstuffs, daily necessities, and financial support, together with New Year blessings to all personnel serving at the Ministry, praying that the Angel of the New Year in the Year of the Dragon bestow protection, prosperity, good health, strength, and enduring happiness.
