[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ៧រោច ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងជាប្រធានកិត្តិយសក្រុមការងារសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញជួបសំណេះសំណាល និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តនៃក្រុមការងារសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ដែលបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌សម្រាប់គាំទ្រដល់វីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខ និងគ្រួសារជនភៀសសឹកកម្ពុជា។

យោងតាមរបាយការណ៍របស់ ឯកឧត្តម ពិត ករុណា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ និងជាប្រធានក្រុមការងារសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា ក្រុមការងារ ស.ស.យ.ក. ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានរៀបចំ និងបង្កើតជាមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌ដើម្បីកៀរគរថវិកា និងសម្ភារសម្រាប់ជួយគាំទ្រដល់វីរកងទ័ព និងជនភៀសសឹក សរុបចំនួន ២លើក យ៉ាងជោគជ័យ ដែលមានអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តបានចូលរួមចំនួន ១៦៦រូប និងបានរៀបចំលិខិតថ្លែងអំណរគុណជូនដល់សប្បុរសជននានា ដែលបានចូលរួមបរិច្ចាគជូនដល់មូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌សរុបចំនួន ៣៤៥លិខិត។ ក្នុងការរៀបចំមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌នេះ ក្រុមការងារបានទទួលថវិកាសរុបចំនួន ៣៧៧ ១៥៤ ០០០រៀល ព្រមទាំងគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ សម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់ សម្ភារសិក្សា ថ្នាំសង្កូវ និងបង្គន់អនាម័យចល័តផងដែរ។ ថវិកា គ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ និងសម្ភារទាំងអស់ខាងលើត្រូវបានប្រគល់ជូនមូលនិធិតេជោការពារព្រំដែនរបស់ សម្តេចតេជោ និងសម្តេចធិបតី និងបែងចែកជូនដល់វីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខ និងគ្រួសារជនភៀសសឹក នៅតាមខេត្តគោលដៅចំនួន ៨ ដែលមានព្រំប្រទល់ជាប់ព្រំដែនថៃ តាមរយៈថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង និងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តគោលដៅ។

បន្ទាប់ពីស្ដាប់របាយការណ៍រួចមក ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន បានសម្ដែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ វាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ និងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងសមាជិក សមាជិកានៃក្រុមការងារ ស.ស.យ.ក. ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទទាំងអស់ ដែលបានស្ម័គ្រចិត្ត លះបង់ទាំងកម្លាំងកាយ ចិត្ត និងធនធាន ចូលរួមក្នុងមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌ដ៏មានសារសំខាន់នេះ ក្នុងនាមជាសមរភូមិក្រោយនិងជាខ្នងបង្អែកដ៏រឹងមាំ ជួយគាំទ្រដល់សមភូមិមុខ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានមានប្រសាសន៍ថា កាយវិការដ៏ប្រពៃនេះ បានសបញ្ជាក់ឱ្យឃើញយ៉ាងច្បាស់អំពីការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់ ក្រុមការងារ ស.ស.យ.ក. ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ និងសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាព និងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍នៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក៏ដូចជាសប្បុរជននានា ក្នុងស្មារតីខ្មែរតែមួយ ដើម្បីផ្ដល់កម្លាំងចិត្ត និងលើកទឹកចិត្តជូនដល់បងប្អូនវីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខកម្ពុជា ដែលឈរជើងតតាំងនឹងខ្មាំងសត្រូវយ៉ាងអង់អាចក្លាហានតាមបន្ទាត់ព្រំដែនក្នុងបុព្វហេតុការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដី។ លើសពីនេះទៀត ការរៀបចំមូលនិធិសប្បុរសធម៌នេះ ក៏ជាការឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងឱ្យឃើញច្បាស់អំពីសាមគ្គីភាព ការរួបរួមគ្នាជាធ្លុងមួយ ឈរលើស្មារតីជាតិនិយម របស់ក្រុមគ្រួសារមន្រ្តីរាជការក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ស្របតាមការអំពាវនាវរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដោយតម្កល់ប្រយោជន៍ជាតិជាធំ។ មុននឹងបញ្ចប់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានអំពាវនាវចំពោះអង្គពិធីទាំងមូល បន្ដជឿជាក់លើវីរកងទ័ពកម្ពុជា និងបន្ដជឿទុកចិត្តលើការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលដែលមានសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ជានាយករដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្នុងការការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពទឹកដី។

ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានអញ្ជើញផ្ដល់កិត្តិយសប្រគល់លិខិតថ្លែងអំណរគុណជូនដល់ក្រុមអ្នកស្ម័គ្រចិត្តនៃក្រុមការងារសហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ក្នុងបរិយាកាសស្និទ្ធសា្នល សាមគ្គីភាព និងភាតរភាពយ៉ាងក្រៃលែង៕

Phnom Penh: On Thursday morning, April 9, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development and Honorary Chair of the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) Working Group in the field of Rural Development, hosted a gathering to meet and thank the group’s volunteers for their active participation in charitable fundraising to support frontline hero soldiers and Cambodian displaced families.

According to the report by H.E. Pit Karona, Under Secretary of State and Chair of the UYFC Working Group for Rural Development, the group has successfully organized two rounds of charity drives to mobilize funds and essential supplies for soldiers and displaced persons, with 166 volunteers participating. The working group also prepared and issued 345 letters of appreciation to philanthropists who contributed to the humanitarian fund. In total, the drives raised 377,154,000 riels, along with foodstuffs and consumables, household items, school supplies, deworming medicine, and mobile sanitation units. The funds and all donated items were handed over to the Techo Border Protection Fund of Samdech Techo and Samdech Thipadei and distributed to frontline hero soldiers and displaced families across eight target provinces bordering Thailand, through ministry leadership and the respective Provincial Departments of Rural Development.

After hearing the report, H.E. Chhay Rithisen offered high praise and heartfelt thanks to the leadership and all members of the UYFC Working Group in Rural Development for their volunteer spirit and selfless contributions of effort, heart, and resources to this important charitable cause, standing as a solid rear front and strong pillar in support of the front line. He stated that this noble gesture clearly demonstrates the care and commitment of the UYFC Working Group in Rural Development and the Cambodian Women’s Association for Peace and Development, as well as of all benefactors, in the spirit of One Khmer, boosting morale and encouragement for Cambodia’s frontline hero soldiers who bravely hold the line along the border to defend sovereignty and territorial integrity. He added that the charity initiative also reflects the unity and collective solidarity rooted in patriotism among the civil service family of the Ministry of Rural Development, in line with the Royal Government’s call to place the national interest above all.

Before concluding, the Minister called on all participants to continue placing confidence in Cambodia’s heroic armed forces and to maintain trust in the Royal Government’s leadership under Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, in safeguarding national sovereignty and territorial integrity.

Finally, H.E. the Minister conferred certificates of appreciation to the volunteers of the UYFC Working Group in Rural Development, in an atmosphere of close unity and warm fraternity.
