[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ៨រោច ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំស្ដីពី ការរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគមនាគមន៍ជនបទ ដោយមានវត្តមានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្តមជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ដ្រីជំនាញនៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។ អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យ និងពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់ទៅលើទម្រង់នៃការរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនេះឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ដោយផ្អែកលើយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ និងគោលនយោបាយជាតិអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ២០២៥-២០៣៥ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ក៏ដូចជាផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ២០២៤-២០២៨។

សូមជម្រាបជូនថា ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បាននិងកំពុងយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងថែទាំហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគមនាគមន៍ជនបទប្រកបដោយភាពធន់ តាមរយៈការលើកកម្រិតគុណភាពធន់និងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ និងការថែទាំផ្លូវជនបទឱ្យមាននិរន្តរភាព ដើម្បីសម្រួលដល់ការធ្វើដំណើរទៅទទួលសេវាសាធារណៈផ្សេងៗ ការដឹកជញ្ជូនកសិផល បង្កើនឱកាសសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងជំរុញការអភិវឌ្ឍនៅតំបន់ជនបទ ក្នុងគោលដៅចូលរួមចំណែកដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិ៕

Phnom Penh: In the morning of Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at the Ministry’s office, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, presided over a meeting on the preparation of the Strategic Plan for the Development of Rural Infrastructure. The meeting was attended by His Excellency the Permanent Secretary of State, His Excellency the leaders, and technical officials of the Ministry of Rural Development.

The meeting thoroughly reviewed and discussed the formulation of this strategic plan to ensure it is comprehensive and effective, based on the Pentagonal Strategy Phase 1 and the National Policy on Rural Development 2025-2035 of the Royal Government of Cambodia, as well as the Rural Development Strategic Plan 2024-2028.

It should be noted that the Ministry of Rural Development has been and continues to focus on developing and maintaining resilient rural infrastructure. This is achieved through enhancing quality, resilience to climate change, and ensuring the sustainable maintenance of rural roads. The goal is to facilitate access to various public services, transport agricultural products, increase economic opportunities, and promote development in rural areas, aiming to contribute to national development.
