[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ១១កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំការរៀបចំផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវជនបទ ទឹកស្អាតនិងអនាម័យ អភិវឌ្ឍភូមិគំរូ និងពិពិធកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីបច្ចេកទេសនៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង ក្នុងគោលបំណងពិនិត្យលើការអនុវត្តនូវកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពទាំង ៥ នៅក្នុងផែនការប្រចាំឆ្នាំរបស់ក្រសួង ដើម្បីរៀបចំជាផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រសម្រាប់អនុវត្តរយៈពេលវែង ឱ្យស្របតាមគោលនយោបាយជាតិ ស្ដីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទ ឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០៣៥ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧ នៃរដ្ឋសភា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិត និងភាពប្រាកដនិយមរបស់ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៕

Phnom Penh: On Friday afternoon, 27 February 2026, at the ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, chaired a meeting to prepare the strategic plan for rural road infrastructure, clean water and sanitation, model village development, and economic diversification, with the participation of Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen from the ministry’s leadership and technical officials.

This meeting was organized to review implementation of the ministry’s five priority programs in the annual plan, in order to formulate a long-term strategic plan aligned with the National Policy on Rural Development 2025–2035 of the Royal Government during the 7th Legislature of the National Assembly, under the principled and wise leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
