[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៨កើត ខែផល្គុន ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៤ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីដឹកនាំកិច្ចប្រជុំស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍភូមិនៅព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនាឱកាសនេះមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋលេខាធិការប្រចាំការ ឯកឧត្ដម លោក លោកស្រី ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្រី្ដជំនាញនៃក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តមបណ្ឌិត ច័ន្ទ សុផល នាយកមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិក្សាគោលនយោបាយ និងសហការីផងដែរ។
តាមរយៈការធ្វើបទបង្ហាញស្ដីពីលទ្ធផលនៃការវិភាគ និងធ្វើចំណាត់ថ្នាក់នៃការអភិវឌ្ឍភូមិនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស ដោយតំណាងមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិក្សាគោលនយោបាយរួចមក ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានថ្លែងការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសិក្សាគោលនយោបាយដែលបានខិតខំសិក្សា និងវិភាគទិន្នន័យនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍភូមិដ៏មានសារសំខាន់ និងដោយលក្ខណៈវិទ្យាសាស្ដ្រនាពេលនេះ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំក៏បានពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សា និងផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលល្អៗមួយចំនួនទៀត ជូនដល់ក្រុមការងារសិក្សាស្រាវជ្រាវ ដើម្បីឱ្យលទ្ធផលនៃការសិក្សានេះកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ និងគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងក្លាយជាឯកសារគោលសម្រាប់ជាមូលដ្ឋានក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍភូមិនៅក្នុងព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ឱ្យក្លាយជាភូមិមានការអភិវឌ្ឍរីកចម្រើនប្រកបដោយបរិយាបន្ន ទាំងផ្នែកសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សង្គម និងវប្បធម៌ ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ នីតិកាលទី៧នៃរដ្ឋសភា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់សម្តេចធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា៕
Phnom Penh: In the morning of Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, presided over a meeting regarding “Village Development in the Kingdom of Cambodia”. The meeting was attended by the Permanent Secretary of State, Excellencies, and technical officials of the Ministry of Rural Development, as well as H.E. Dr. Chan Sophal, Director of the Centre for Policy Studies (CPS), along with his colleagues.
Following a presentation on the results of the analysis and classification of village development across the country by the representative of the Policy Study Center, His Excellency the Minister expressed admiration and high appreciation for the Policy Study Center’s efforts in diligently studying and analysing the crucial village development data in a scientific manner at this time.
The meeting also reviewed, discussed, and provided several valuable inputs to the research study team, aiming to make the study results even better, more comprehensive, and to become a master document serving as a foundation for developing villages within the Kingdom of Cambodia to become progressively developed villages with inclusivity in economics, society, and culture. This is align with Pentagonal Strategy Phase 01 of the 7th legislature of the National Assembly, under the wise leadership of Samdech Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
