[English Below] ខេត្តតាកែវ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ៩រោច ខែចេត្រ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី ១១ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញជាកិត្តិយសក្នុងពិធីបើក ការដ្ឋានគម្រោងគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកចម្រុះហ្វូណនតេជោ កំណាត់ទី២ ប្រវែង ១៥១,៦គីឡូម៉ែត្រ (ព្រែកពោធិ៍ ខេត្តកណ្តាល – សមុទ្រ ខេត្តកែប) ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដែលពិធីយ៉ាងមហោឡារឹកនៈត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើងនៅក្នុងទឹកដីនៃខេត្តតាកែវ ដោយមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់មន្ត្រីជាន់ខ្ពស់របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ ក្រុម ហ៊ុនសាងសង់ទាំងកម្ពុជា និងចិន និងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅក្នុងខេត្តតាកែវយ៉ាងច្រើនអធិកអធម។

គួរជម្រាបជូនដែរថា គម្រោងគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកចម្រុះហ្វូណនតេជោ គឺជាគម្រោងប្រវត្តិសាស្ត្រលើកទី១ ក្នុងវិស័យដឹកជញ្ជូនផ្លូវទឹករបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ដើម្បីតភ្ជាប់ប្រព័ន្ធទន្លេមេគង្គ និងផ្លូវសមុទ្រ លើប្រវែងសរុប ១៧២,៦ គ.ម. ដោយត្រូវបានបែងចែកជា ២កំណាត់។ ក្នុងនោះកំណាត់ទី១ មានប្រវែង ២១គ.ម. និងកំណាត់ទី២ មានប្រវែង ១៥១,៦គ.ម.។ តម្រាយផ្លូវទឹកនេះ នឹងត្រូវកសាងស្ទើរទាំងស្រុង លើតម្រាយខ្សែផ្លូវទឹកធម្មជាតិ និងផ្លូវទឹកបុរាណដែលបានបន្សល់ទុកស្រាប់ ហើយធ្លាប់បានប្រើប្រាស់តាំងពីអាណាចក្រហ្វូណនមកម៉្លេះ។

សូមរម្លឹកជូនផងដែរថា កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៣ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបង្កើត និងដឹកនាំគណៈកម្មាធិការពិសេសដើម្បីជំរុញការរៀបចំនិងការអនុវត្តគម្រោងគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកចម្រុះហ្វូណនតេជោ។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក៏បានបង្កើតអនុគណៈកម្មាធិការចំនួន ៤ផ្សេងទៀត ដើម្បីជំរុញការអនុវត្តការងារចាំបាច់នានា តាមផែនការសកម្មភាពដែលបានសម្រេច ក្នុងនោះសម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតីនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីប្រកាសជាផ្លូវការ ”គម្រោងគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានទឹកចម្រុះហ្វូណនតេជោ” ជាគម្រោងប្រវត្តិសាស្រ្ត សម្រាប់ផលប្រយោជន៍ជាតិ និងប្រជាជនកម្ពុជានៅថ្ងៃទី៥ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤។ ចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃប្រកាសបើកជាផ្លូវការជាងមួយឆ្នាំមក គម្រោងត្រូវបានអនុវត្តជាបន្តបន្ទាប់ ទៅតាមផែនការនៃគម្រោងរហូតឈានដល់ការបើកការដ្ឋានធសាងសង់នៅដំណាក់កាល ទី ២ ដែលជាដំណាក់កាលដ៏សំខាន់នៃគម្រោង៕

Takeo Province: On Saturday, April 11, 2026, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, attended as an honorary guest at the groundbreaking ceremony of the The Funan Techo Canal (FTC) Integrated Water Resources Management Project, Section 2, with a length of 151.6 km (from Preak Poath, Kandal Province to the sea, Kep Province). The ceremony was held under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. The grand event took place in Takeo Province, with the participation of senior officials of the Royal Government of Cambodia, leaders, construction companies from both Cambodia and China, and a large gathering of citizens from Takeo Province.

It is worth noting that the Funan Techo Combined Water Resources Management Project is the first historic project in Cambodia’s waterway transport sector, aiming to connect the Mekong River system with the sea over a total length of 172.6 km, divided into two sections. Section 1 is 21 km long, and Section 2 is 151.6 km long. This waterway route will be constructed almost entirely along existing natural waterway alignments and ancient waterways that have been used since the Funan Empire.

It should also be recalled that on May 23, 2024, Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Prime Minister established and chaired a special committee to accelerate the preparation and implementation of The Funan Techo Canal (FTC) Integrated Water Resources Management Project. At the same time, the Royal Government also established four other sub-committees to drive the implementation of necessary tasks according to the agreed action plan. On August 5, 2024, Samdech Prime Minister presided over the official launch ceremony of the ” The Funan Techo Canal (FTC) Integrated Water Resources Management Project” as a historic project for the national interest and the people of Cambodia. Over a year since its official announcement, the project has been continuously implemented according to plan, leading to the groundbreaking for construction of Section 2, a crucial phase of the project.
