ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងលោកជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងគណៈប្រតិភូរួមដំណើរ បានអញ្ជើញបង្សុកូល និងរាប់បាត្រ ដើម្បីឧទ្ទិសកុសលជូនដល់បុព្វការីជន មាតាបិតា ជីដូនជីតា និងញាតកាទាំង៧សន្ដាន ដែលបានចែកឋានទៅកាន់បរលោកខាងមុខ ក៏ដូចជាវីរកងទ័ព វីរនគរបាល ដែលបានពលីជីវិតក្នុងបុព្វហេតុការពារជាតិមាតុភូមិ។ បន្ទាប់មក ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូ បានអញ្ជើញប្រទក្សិណជុំវិញវាលុកចេតិយ (ពូនភ្នំខ្សាច់) ដើម្បីឧទ្ទិសដល់ព្រះមុនីចេតិយរបស់ព្រះសម្មាសម្ពុទ្ធនិង និងរំដោះកម្មពៀរវេរាទាំងឡាយ ព្រមទាំងស្រង់ព្រះសុគន្ធវារីថ្វាយព្រះពុទ្ធប្បដិមា ដើម្បីលាងជម្រះនូវបាបកម្មទាំងឡាយនិងទទួលពរជ័យសិរីសួស្តីក្នុងឆ្នាំថ្មី ជាពិសេសសុំសេចក្តីសុខ សេចក្តីចម្រើន ត្រជាក់ត្រជំនៅក្នុងក្រុមមគ្រួសារ និងសង្គមជាតិទាំងមូល។

 

សូមជម្រាបជូនដែរថា វេលាប្រកបដោយសទ្ធាជ្រះថ្លានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងលោកជំទាវ ព្រមទាំងគណៈប្រតិភូ ក៏បានអញ្ជើញគោរពវិញ្ញាណក្ខន្ធវីរកងទ័ពពលី ដែលបានបូជាជីវិត ក្នុងបុព្វហេតុការពារអធិបតេយ្យភាព និងបូរណភាពបូរណភាពទឹកដី អំឡុងពេលដែលមានការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នាដោយប្រដាប់អាវុធរវាងកងទ័ពកម្ពុជា ថៃនាពេលកន្លងមក៕

 

Kampong Chhnang Province: On the Thursday morning, April 16, 2026, His Excellency Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, First Deputy Head of the Royal Government’s Working Group for Kampong Chhnang Province, and Head of the Royal Government’s Working Groups for Samakki Meanchey District and Tuek Phos District, together with Lok Chumteav, and accompanied by senior ministry leaders and the provincial working groups, brought devotional offerings and monetary donations to present to the Buddhist Sangha on “Loeng Sak” day the third day of the traditional Khmer New Year, Year of the Dragon, Minor Era, Buddhist Era 2570 at three pagodas as follows:

 

1) Wat Kbal Koah, Boeung Leach Village, Setthi Commune, Samakki Meanchey District, Kampong Chhnang Province.

2) Wat Setthi, Setthi Commune, Samakki Meanchey District, Kampong Chhnang Province.

3) Vari Phasokharam (also called Wat Tuek Chum), Akphivath Commune, Tuek Phos District, Kampong Chhnang Province.

 

On this occasion, the Minister, Lok Chumteav, and the accompanying delegation performed the ancestor dedication rite and offered alms, dedicating the merit to parents, grandparents, and seven generations of relatives who have passed on as well as to heroic soldiers and police officers who sacrificed their lives in defense of the motherland. Afterward, the Minister and the delegation circumambulated the sand stupas (ceremonial sand mounds) to dedicate merit to the Buddha’s sacred relic shrines, to purify demerit and misfortune, and they sprinkled perfumed holy water upon Buddha images to wash away sins and receive blessings for the New Year, especially prayers for peace, prosperity, and cool tranquility for families and for the nation as a whole.

 

It is further noted that, in this solemn and devout moment, the Minister, Lok Chumteav, and the delegation also paid respects to the spirits of fallen hero soldiers who gave their lives in defense of Cambodia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity during past armed clashes between Cambodian and Thai forces.
