តាមរយៈរបាយការណ៍ស្វាគមន៍របស់ លោក ឈួន ចាន់ណា អភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ បានបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា៖ នៅទូទាំងស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ មានប្រជាពលរដ្ឋដែលមានគ្រួសារកំពុងឈរជើងនៅសមរភូមិមុខ ជាប់ព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ សរុបចំនួន ៤៣២គ្រួសារ។ លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា វីរកងទ័ពដែលរងរបួស និងគ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ពទាំងអស់ នៅទូទាំងស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ តែងតែទទួលបានការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការចុះសួរសុខទុក្ខជាប្រចាំ តាមរយៈអាជ្ញាធរភូមិ ឃុំ រដ្ឋបាលស្រុក ជាពិសេសក្រុមការងាររាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលចុះមូលដ្ឋានស្រុក និងឃុំទាំង៩ នៃស្រុកសាមគ្គីមានជ័យ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះ បងប្អូនពលករដែលវិលត្រឡប់ពីប្រទេសថៃ ក៏ត្រូវបានយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ តាមរយៈការជួយឱ្យទទួលបានការងារធ្វើជាបន្ដបន្ទាប់។

អញ្ជើញមានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាលនោះ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន បានពាំនាំនូវការផ្តាំផ្ញើសួរសុខទុក្ខ និងសេចក្ដីនឹករលឹកពីសំណាក់ សម្តេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធសភា និងសម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុនសែន ប្រធានកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ដែលតែងតែយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងព្រួយបារម្ភជានិច្ចពីសុខទុក្ខរបស់បងប្អូនគ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ព ព្រមទាំងបាននាំមកជាមួយនូវគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ សម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់ និងថវិកាមួយចំនួន ដែលអំណោយដ៏ថ្លៃថ្លារបស់សម្ដេច ជូនដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់ដែលជាក្រុមគ្រួសារវីរកងទ័ពនៅសមរភូមិមុខ ក្នុងឱកាសបុណ្យចូលឆ្នាំថ្មីប្រពៃណីជាតិខ្មែរដែលនឹងឈានចូលមកដល់នាពេលខាងមុខនេះ។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ក៏បានជម្រាបជូនបងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអំពីគោលជំហររបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាព្រំដែនជាមួយប្រទេសថៃដោយសន្ដិវិធី តាមរយៈការចរចារទ្វេរភាគីដោយប្រើប្រាស់យន្ដការដែលមានស្រាប់ ការប្រើប្រាស់យន្ដការច្បាប់អន្ដរជាតិទាំងក្នុងតំបន់ និងសកលលោក ក្នុងគោលបំណងបញ្ចៀសឱ្យផុតពីការប៉ះទង្គិចគ្នាដោយអាវុធ ឬការធ្វើសង្គ្រាម។ ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសនោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានសម្ដែងការកោតសរសើរនិងដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះវីរភាពដ៏អង់អាចក្លាហានរបស់វីរកងទ័ពនៅសមរភូមិមុខក្នុងការប្រយុទ្ធការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងដែនអធិបតេយ្យភាព ព្រមទាំងបានធ្វើការថ្លែអំណរគុណចំពោះក្រុមគ្រួសារបស់វីរកងទ័ពគ្រប់រូបដែលបានអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យប្តី ប្អូន និងកូន ទៅបំពេញភារកិច្ចក្នុងបុព្វហេតុការពារជាតិ និងមាតុភូមិ ។

ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានអំពាវនាវដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់ ឱ្យបន្តជឿទុកចិត្តលើកងកម្លាំងយោធាកម្ពុជានិងជឿជាក់លើការដឹកនាំរបស់ប្រមុខដឹកនាំកំពូលរបស់ប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបានបួងសួងដល់ទេវតាឆ្នាំថ្មី ឆ្នាំមមី សូមតាមជួយបីបាច់ថែរក្សា ប្រោសប្រទានពរជ័យ សិរីមង្គល វិបុលសុខ មហាប្រសើរ ជូនដល់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋទាំងអស់សូមទទួលបានសុខភាពបរិបូរណ៍ កម្លាំងមាំមួន អាយុយឺនយូរ និងមានសុភមង្គលគ្រប់ក្រុមគ្រួសារ ជាពិសេសសូមជូនពរដល់វីរកងទ័ពជួរមុខសូមមានសុខភាពល្អមាំមួន និងទទួលជ័យជម្នះគ្រប់សមរភូមិ៕

Kampong Chhnang: On Sunday afternoon, April 12, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, First Vice Chair of the Royal Government’s Working Group for Kampong Chhnang Province, and Head of the Royal Government’s Working Groups for Samakki Meanchey and Tuek Phos Districts, together with Lok Chumteav, met and conversed with 432 families of heroic Cambodian soldiers serving on the front lines in Samakki Meanchey District, Kampong Chhnang.

The gathering was attended by the Standing Secretary of State, deputy heads of the Royal Government’s working group assisting Samakki Meanchey, and the honorary chair, honorary members, chair, vice‑chairs, and executive members of the Ministry of Rural Development branch of the Cambodian Women’s Association for Peace and Development.

In a welcome report, Mr. Chhuon Channa, Governor of Samakki Meanchey District, stated that across the district there are 432 families whose members are serving on the front lines along the Cambodia–Thailand border. He noted that wounded veterans and all frontline‑soldier families in Samakki Meanchey routinely receive care and regular welfare visits from village and commune authorities, the district administration, and especially from the Royal Government’s district‑ and commune‑level working groups across all nine communes. He added that returning migrant workers from Thailand are also being assisted to secure ongoing employment.

Addressing the event, H.E. Chhay Rithisen conveyed greetings, concern, and remembrance from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Senate, Samdech Kittipritthbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, and Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the First Lady.

On their behalf, he presented gifts—foodstuffs, daily necessities, and financial assistance to the families of frontline soldiers on the occasion of the approaching Khmer Traditional New Year. The Minister also informed citizens of the Royal Government’s principled policy, under Prime Minister Hun Manet’s leadership, to resolve border issues with Thailand peacefully through existing bilateral mechanisms and applicable regional and international legal frameworks, with the aim of avoiding armed clashes or war.

H.E. Chhay Rithisen praised the bravery and sacrifice of the frontline troops defending the Kingdom’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, and expressed deep gratitude to all their families for allowing their husbands, siblings, and children to fulfill the noble duty of defending the nation and motherland.

In closing, the Minister called on all citizens to continue trusting the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces and the country’s top leadership. He offered New Year prayers to the Angel of the New Year for protection and blessings prosperity, well‑being, robust health, strength, longevity, and happiness for all families, especially wishing good health and victory to all frontline soldiers.
