[English Below] ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃអង្គារ ៦រោច ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៤ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ រួមជាមួយឯកឧត្តម ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ដ្រីបច្ចេកទេសក្រសួង និងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តកំពង់ធំ បានអញ្ជើញចុះពិនិត្យស្ថានីយផលិតទឹកសុវត្ថិភាពសហគមន៍ របស់អង្គការទឹកស្អាត ១០០១ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងបរិវេណសាលាឃុំបារាយណ៍ ក្នុងភូមិក្រសាំងជ័យ ឃុំបារាយណ៍ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍ ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ក៏មានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី លោកអភិបាលនៃគណៈអភិបាលស្រុកបារាយណ៍, នាយិកាគ្រប់គ្រងនៃអង្គការទឹកស្អាត ១០០១ ព្រមទាំងសហការី, ព្រមទាំងអាជ្ញាធរឃុំ ភូមិ និងនាយកសាលា ដែលជាតំណាងប្រជាពលរដ្ឋអ្នកទទួលផលផងដែរ។
តាមរយៈបទបង្ហាញដោយផ្ទាល់ដោយតំណាងអង្គការ បានឱ្យដឹងថា អង្គការទឹកស្អាត១០០១ គឺជាអង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងស្រុកមួយ ដែលបាននិងកំពុងអនុវត្តសកម្មភាពផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកសុវត្ថិភាពសម្រាប់បរិភោគដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅជនបទនៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជាចាប់តាំងពីឆ្នាំ២០០៥។ រហូតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្នន អង្គការទឹកស្អាត១០០១ បានសាងសង់និងដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការស្ថានីយផលិតទឹកពិសាចំនួន ៣៥០ ស្ថានីយ ក្នុងឃុំគោលដៅចំនួន ៣៥០ឃុំ នៃស្រុកចំនួន ១២៨ ស្រុក នៅក្នុងខេត្តគោលដៅចំនួន ១៨ ខេត្ត នៃប្រទេសកម្ពុជា។ ក្នុងនោះនៅក្នុងខេត្តកំពង់ធំ អង្គការទឹកស្អាត១០០១ បាននិងកំពុងដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការស្ថានីយផលិតទឹកពិសាសហគមន៍ អូ វី ចំនួន ២៦ស្ថានីយ (ស្ថានីយមិនដំណើរការ ១ស្ថានីយ)ដែលកំពុងផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកសុវត្ថិភាពជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋសរុបចំនួន ៩៦ ៣១២នាក់ ព្រមទាំងសិស្សានុសិស្សសរុបចំនួន ២០ ១៨៣នាក់។ ដោយឡែក ស្ថានីយផលិតទឹកសហគមន៍ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងសាលាឃុំបារាយណ៍នេះ មានសមត្ថភាពផលិតទឹកដាក់ប៊ីដុងចំណុះ ២០លីត្រ បានចំនួន ២០០ប៊ីដុង ក្នុង១ថ្ងៃ ដែលបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាជនចំនួន ៩៣០គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៤ ៩៤៨នាក់ ក្នុងភូមិចំនួន ១២ នៃឃុំបារាយណ៍ ស្រុកបារាយណ៍។ លើសពីនេះទៀត ស្ថានីយផលិតទឹកសហគមន៍នេះ ក៏បានផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកជូនសិស្សានុសិស្សចំនួន ២សាលា គឺសាលាបឋមសិក្សាបារាយណ៍ និងសាលាបឋមសិក្សាជីអោក ក្នុងឃុំបារាណ៍ ដែលមានសិស្សានុសិស្សប្រើប្រាស់សរុបចំនួន ៨៣៣នាក់។
ក្នុងឱកាសនៃការចុះពិនិត្យសមិទ្ធផលនាឱកាសនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណជូនចំពោះអង្គការទឹកស្អាត ១០០១ ដែលបានដល់ការគាំទ្រលើការងារផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកសុវត្ថិភាពជូនដល់ប្រជាជននៅតំបន់ជនបទក្នុងខេត្តគោលដៅក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ដែលបានផ្ដល់កិច្ចសហការយ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរដល់អង្គការដៃគូ ក្នុងការបំពេញការងារបានងាយស្រួល និងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីយុទ្ធសាស្ត្រ និងគោលដៅរបស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាព និងគុណតម្លៃជីវិតរស់នៅរបស់ប្រជាជននៅតំបន់ជនបទ ក្នុងនោះក្រសួងបាននិងកំពុងផ្ដោតយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការងារផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាតនិងលើកកម្ពស់អនាម័យជនបទដើម្បីឱ្យប្រជាជននៅតំបន់ជនបទទទួលបានសេវាផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាតនិងអនាម័យប្រកបដោយសមធម៌ បរិយាបន្ន ភាពធន់និងនិរន្តរភាព។ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានសំណូមពរដល់អង្គការទឹកស្អាត ១០០១ ពិនិត្យលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការពង្រីកវិសាលនៃការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកសុវត្ថិភាពជូនដល់ប្រជាជននៅតាមខេត្តផ្សេងទៀត ជាពិសេសខេត្តដែលនៅជុំវិញបឹងទន្លេសាប និងតាមដងទន្លេមេគង្គ ដែលទឹកក្រោមដីមានផ្ទុកកម្រិតសារធាតុអាសេនិចខ្ពស់។ បន្ថែមពីនេះទៀត ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានស្នើដល់អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានសូមបន្តផ្សព្វផ្សាយដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ ឱ្យមានការប្រើប្រាស់ទឹកស្អាតប្រកបដោយភាពសន្សំសំចៃ ប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់ខ្ជួននូវការអនុវត្តអនាម័យតាមក្បួនខ្នាតត្រឹមត្រូវដើម្បីបញ្ជៀសជម្ងឺឆ្លង និងត្រូវថែរក្សានូវសមិទ្ធផលទាំងនេះឱ្យបានល្អប្រសើរដើម្បីអាចបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ជូនដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋប្រើប្រាស់បានយូរអង្វែង៕
[English Below] Kampong Thom Province: On Tuesday morning, August 4, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, together with Excellencies at the leadership level, technical officials of the Ministry, and the Kampong Thom Provincial Department of Rural Development, paid a visit to inspect the community safe water Kiosk of the Teuk Saat 1001 organization, located within the compound of the Baray commune hall in Krasang Chey Village, Baray Commune, Baray District, Kampong Thom Province. On this occasion, there was also participation by the Governor of the Baray District Board of Governors, the Managing Director of Teuk Saat 1001 and colleagues, as well as the commune and village authorities and the school principal, representing the beneficiary citizens.
According to a direct presentation by the organization’s representative, Teuk Saat 1001 is a local non governmental organization that has implemented and is continuing to implement activities to supply safe drinking water to rural people in Cambodia since 2005. Up to the present, Teuk Saat 1001 has built and put into operation 350 drinking water Kiosk stations in 350 target communes of 128 districts in 18 target provinces of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Of these, in Kampong Thom Province, Teuk Saat 1001 has put into operation and is operating 26 O We community drinking water Kiosk, which are currently supplying safe water to a total of 96,312 people, as well as to a total of 20,183 students. Separately, the community water production station located at the Baray commune hall has the capacity to produce 200 twenty liter O We bottles per day, serving 930 households, equal to 4,948 people, in 12 villages of Baray Commune, Baray District. In addition, this community water production kiosk also supplies water to students in two schools—Baray Primary School and Chei Ok Primary School—in Baray Commune, with a total of 833 student users.
On the occasion of inspecting these achievements, H.E. the Minister expressed gratitude to Teuk Saat 1001 for supporting the work of supplying safe water to people in rural areas in target provinces across Cambodia, and also expressed thanks to local authorities at all levels who have provided excellent cooperation to partner organizations, making their work easier and more effective. At the same time, H.E. the Minister informed those present about the Ministry of Rural Development’s strategies and objectives to improve the quality and value of living standards of people in rural areas; in this regard, the Ministry has focused and is focusing on the supply of clean water and the improvement of rural sanitation so that people in rural areas can obtain water supply and sanitation services that are equitable, environmentally friendly, resilient, and sustainable. H.E. the Minister also requested that Teuk Saat 1001 examine the possibility of expanding the coverage of safe water supply to people in other provinces, especially those around the Tonle Sap Lake and along the Mekong River, where groundwater contains high levels of arsenic. Furthermore, H.E. the Minister requested that the local authorities continue disseminating information to citizens to use clean water economically, to strictly follow proper sanitation practices to prevent infectious diseases, and to maintain these achievements well so that they can serve the people for a long time.
