[English Below] ខេត្តតាកែវ៖ នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ២រោច ខែទុតិយាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី៣១ ខែកក្កដា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ រួមជាមួយឯកឧត្តម ជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្ដ្រីបច្ចេកទេសក្រសួង និងមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តតាកែវ បានអញ្ជើញចុះពិនិត្យគុណភាពផ្លូវដែលធន់នឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុទើបបញ្ចប់ការសាងសង់ ចំនួន ២ខ្សែ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងខេត្តតាកែវ ដូចខាងក្រោម៖
ខ្សែទី១ ឈ្មោះផ្លូវ ភូមិពោន-វត្តក្រពុំឈូក ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST) និងក្រាលបេតុងមានប្រវែងសរុប ៦,៧៨គ.ម. ទទឹង ៧ម៉ែត្រ និងមានសំណង់សិល្បការ្យមួយចំនួន តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិជន្ទល់មេឃ ឃុំពេជសារ ទៅដល់ភូមិក្រពុំឈូក ឃុំក្រពុំឈូក ស្រុកកោះអណ្តែត ដោយមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ១ ៣៧៩ គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៥ ៩៩៨នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ៣ ១៧៣គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ១៣ ០៦៣នាក់។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះ បានបញ្ចប់ការសាងសង់ ១០០% កាលពីខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។
ខ្សែទី២ ឈ្មោះផ្លូវ ដើមដូង-Road No.111 ជាផ្លូវក្រាលកៅស៊ូពីរជាន់(DBST) និងក្រាលបេតុង មានប្រវែងសរុប ១៥,៧៥គ.ម. ទទឹង ៧ម៉ែត្រ និងមានសំណង់សិល្បការ្យមួយចំនួន តភ្ជាប់ពីភូមិសំរោង ឃុំរមេញ ទៅដល់ភូមិដើមដូង ឃុំក្រពុំឈូក ស្រុកកោះអណ្តែក ដោយមានអ្នកទទួលផលដោយផ្ទាល់ចំនួន ២ ០៥១គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៨ ៨៥០នាក់ និងអ្នកទទួលផលដោយប្រយោលចំនួន ១ ៦៩២គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៧ ៦២៣នាក់។ ខ្សែផ្លូវនេះ បានបញ្ចប់ការងារសាងសង់ ១០០% កាលពីខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។
ខ្សែផ្លូវចំនួន ២ខ្សែនេះ ស្ថិតក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌគម្រោងគាំទ្រនិរន្តរភាពហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធជនបទដើម្បីទីផ្សារកសិករ និងពាណិជ្ជូបនីយកម្មកសិកម្ម (SAAMBAT) ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ហិរញ្ញប្បទានសហប្រតិបត្តិការរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា មូលនិធិអន្តរជាតិសម្រាប់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍កសិកម្ម ធនាគារវិនិយោគអឺរ៉ុប និងមូលនិធិវិនិយោគអាស៊ី នៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប។ ក្នុងឱកាសពិនិត្យនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានចង្អុលបង្ហាញដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនទទួលការធ្វើការកែលម្អចំណុចខូចខាតឱ្យរឹងមាំ ដើម្បីបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅតំបន់ប្រើប្រាស់បានយូរអង្វែង។
បន្ទាប់ពីបានពិនិត្យគុណភាពផ្លូវខាងលើរួចមក ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងគណៈប្រតិភូរួមដំណើរ បានអញ្ជើញពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពផ្លូវមួយខ្សែ ដែលមាន ឈ្មោះផ្លូវ វត្តត្រឡាច – ភូមិរូង ជាផ្លូវក្រាលក្រួសធម្មជាតិ មានប្រវែង ៧,៨០គ.ម. តភ្ជាប់ទៅភូមិទន្លេ ភូមិឆឹស ភូមិត្រពាំងត្រាវ ភូមិត្រឡាច ក្នុងឃុំត្រឡាច ស្រុកទ្រាំង និងភូមិត្រពាំងកក់ និងភូមិលៀប ឃុំធ្លាប្រជុំ ស្រុកកោះអណែ្តត ខេត្តតាកែវ ។ ក្នុងនោះមានប្រជាជនប្រើប្រាស់ចំនួនភូមិ ១០ភូមិ ស្មើនឹង ១ ២៩៩គ្រួសារ នៃឃុំត្រឡាច ស្រុកទ្រាំង និងភូមិចំនួន ៧ភូមិ ស្មើនឹង ១ ៦០២គ្រួសារ នៃឃុំធ្លាជុំ ស្រុកកោះអណ្ដែត។ ក្នុងឱកាសពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពនោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានណែនាំដល់មន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្ត ដាក់បញ្ចូលខ្សែផ្លូវនេះទៅក្នុងគម្រោងដៃគូអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ដើម្បីស្ថាបនាជាផ្លូវដែលធន់នឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ ក្នុងគោលបំណងបង្កើតការតភ្ជាប់ពីតំបន់ជនបទទៅកាន់ទីប្រជុំជន និងជំរុញឱ្យមានកំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនៅតំបន់ជនបទ។
ឆ្លៀតក្នុងឱកាសពិនិត្យគុណភាព និងស្ថានភាពនេះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងគណៈប្រតិរួមដំណើរ បានអញ្ជើញពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពស្រះទឹកសហគមន៍មួយកន្លែង ដែលមានបណ្ដោយ ៥២ម៉ែត្រ ទទឹង ៣២ម៉ែត្រ ជម្រៅ ៥ម៉ែត្រ ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងភូមិទន្លេ ឃុំត្រឡាច ស្រុកទ្រាំង ដែលមានអ្នកទទួលផលចំនួន ៩៨គ្រួសារ ស្មើនឹង ៤៦៥នាក់។ ស្រះសហគមន៍នេះ ត្រូវបានសាងសង់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ដោយមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តតាកែវ៕
Takeo Province: On Friday, July 31, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, together with Excellencies at the leadership level, technical officials of the Ministry, and the Takeo Provincial Department of Rural Development, paid a visit to inspect the quality of two climate resilient roads that have just been completed in Takeo Province, as follows:
Road 1, named Phum Poun – Wat Krapum Chhuk, is a double layer DBST road and concrete, with a total length of 6.78 km, a width of 7 meters, and several structures, connecting from Chhantol Mekh Village, Pech Sar Commune, to Krapum Chhuk Village, Krapum Chhuk Commune, Koh Andet District, with 1,379 households (5,998 people) as direct beneficiaries and 3,173 households (13,063 people) as indirect beneficiaries. This road segment reached 100% construction completion in January 2026.
Road 2, named Deum Doung – Road No. 111, is a double layer DBST road and concrete, with a total length of 15.75 km, a width of 7 meters, and several structures, connecting from Samraong Village, Romenh Commune, to Deum Doung Village, Krapum Chhuk Commune, Koh Andet District, with 2,051 households (8,850 people) as direct beneficiaries and 1,692 households (7,623 people) as indirect beneficiaries. This road segment reached 100% construction completion in September 2025.
These two road segments fall within the framework of the project “Sustainable Assets for Agricultural Markets, Business and Trade (SAAMBAT),” using joint financing from the Royal Government of Cambodia, the International Fund for Agricultural Development, the European Investment Bank, and the Asia Investment Facility of the European Union. On this inspection occasion, His Excellency the Minister also pointed out to the company undertaking the works to repair and strengthen any damaged points so that they will serve the interests of the people in the area for a long time.
After inspecting the above road quality, His Excellency the Minister and the accompanying delegation went to inspect the condition of another road named Wat Tralach – Phum Rong, a natural gravel road with a length of 7.80 km, connecting to Tonle Village, Ches Village, Trapeang Trav Village, and Tralach Village in Tralach Commune, Treang District, and to Trapeang Kak Village and Lieb Village in Thlea Prachum Commune, Koh Andet District, Takeo Province. In this area, there are users from 10 villages, equivalent to 1,299 households, in Tralach Commune, Treang District, and 7 villages, equivalent to 1,602 households, in Thlea Prachum Commune, Koh Andet District. On this inspection occasion, His Excellency the Minister instructed the Provincial Department of Rural Development to include this road in development partner projects in order to build it to a climate resilient standard, with the aim of creating connectivity from rural areas to population centers and promoting economic growth in rural areas.
Taking the opportunity of this quality and condition inspection, His Excellency the Minister and the accompanying delegation also inspected the condition of one community pond, 52 meters long, 32 meters wide, and 5 meters deep, located in Tonle Village, Tralach Commune, Treang District, with 98 beneficiary households, equivalent to 465 people. This community pond was constructed in 2024 by the Takeo Provincial Department of Rural Development.
