អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់លើផែនការថវិកាដែលមន្ដ្រីជំនាញបានរៀបចំ ដោយផែ្អកលើកម្មវិធីអាទិភាពទាំង៥ របស់ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ព្រមទាំងបានផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលមួយចំនួនបន្ថែមទៀត ដែលធ្វើឱ្យផែនការមានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ។ អញ្ជើញមានប្រសាសន៍ក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានធ្វើការណែនាំដល់មន្ដ្រីជំនាញ ត្រូវរៀបចំផែនការវិនិយោគសាធារណៈប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៧ និង៣ឆ្នាំរំកិល ឱ្យបានច្បាស់លាស់ស្របតាមផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្ររបស់ក្រសួង ស្របតាមការណែនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ដើម្បីកសាងសមិទ្ធផលថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតបម្រើផលប្រយោជន៍ជូនដល់ប្រជាជន ដែលជាការចូលរួមសម្រេចនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជ៕

Phnom Penh: On the afternoon of Friday, May 22, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, presided over a meeting to review the Ministry’s 2027 annual Public Investment Program (PIP) budget plan and the rolling three-year plan, with participation from Secretaries of State, Undersecretaries of State, senior ministry leaders, and technical officials of the Ministry of Rural Development.
The meeting carefully examined the budget plan prepared by the technical teams, anchored in the Ministry’s five priority programs, and provided additional input to make it more comprehensive. In his remarks, the Minister instructed the technical officials to prepare the 2027 PIP and rolling three-year plan clearly and in alignment with the Ministry’s strategic plan and the Royal Government’s guidance for the new achievements that benefit the people and contribute to implementing the Pentagonal Strategy, Phase I, under the wise leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
