[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃពុធ ១៣កើត ខែពិសាខ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ និងជាអនុប្រធានអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍គណៈកម្មាធិការសម្បទានដីសង្គមកិច្ចថ្នាក់ជាតិ បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំគណៈកម្មាធិការសម្បទានដីសង្គមកិច្ចថ្នាក់ជាតិ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ ឯកឧត្តម សាយ សំអាល់ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ និងជាប្រធានគណៈកម្មាធិការសម្បទានដីសង្គមកិច្ចថ្នាក់ជាតិ ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីសំណាក់ ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ រដ្ឋលេខាធិការ អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ តំណាងក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ អភិបាលខេត្ត ក្រុង និងអាជ្ញាធរជំនាញពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដែលជាសមាសភាពនៃគណៈកម្មាធិការសម្បទានដីសង្គមកិច្ចថ្នាក់ជាតិ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើងនៅទីស្ដីការក្រសួងរៀបចំដែនដី នគរូបនីយកម្ម និងសំណង់ ក្នុងគោលបំណងពិភាក្សាលើលទ្ធភាពក្នុងការដោះស្រាយចំពោះការរៀបចំទីតាំង និងលំនៅឋាននៅតាមបណ្តាខេត្តនានា សម្រាប់ផ្តល់ជូនសមាជិកសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជននិងនិវត្តន៍ជនកម្ពុជា គ្រួសារកងទ័ព និងគ្រួសារនគរបាលជាតិ ដែលជួបការលំបាក និងគ្មានលំនៅឋានស្នាក់នៅ ដើម្បីប្រកបមុខរបបចិញ្ចឹមជីវិត និងបង្កើនជីវភាពរស់នៅឱ្យកាន់តែល្អប្រសើរ។

ក្នុងឱកាសនៃកិច្ចប្រជុំនោះ ឯកឧត្តម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន បានគាំទ្រយ៉ាងពេញទំហឹងចំពោះគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមរបស់ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី និងបានឯកភាពចំពោះការចូលរួមយោបល់នានារបស់អង្គប្រជុំ ក្នុងការជ្រើសរើសទីតាំងសម្បទានដីសង្គមកិច្ចដែលសមស្រប ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ជូនដល់សមាជិកសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជននិងនិវត្តន៍ជនកម្ពុជា គ្រួសារកងទ័ព និងគ្រួសារនគរបាលជាតិ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ក៏បានប្តេជ្ញាក្នុងការសហការជាមួយក្រសួង ស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីបន្ដចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍទីតាំងសម្បទានដីសង្គមកិច្ចគ្រប់ប្រភេទឱ្យមានការរីកចម្រើន ស្របតាមបរិបទនៃការរីកចម្រើននៃសង្គមនិងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន និងស្របតាមអនុសាសន៍ណែនាំដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។

ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី សាយ សំអាល់ បានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ដល់ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន និងអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធ ក្នុងនោះក៏មានក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទផងដែរ ឱ្យចូលរួមសហការគ្នាបន្ដពិភាក្សា និងពិនិត្យទីតាំងជាក់ស្ដែង សមស្រប ដើម្បីផ្ដល់ជូននូវដំណោះស្រាយដែលល្អប្រសើរជូនដល់សមាជិកសមាគមអតីតយុទ្ធជននិងនិវត្តន៍ជនកម្ពុជា គ្រួសារកងទ័ព និងគ្រួសារនគរបាលជាតិ ឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព៕

Phnom Penh: On Wednesday afternoon, April 29, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development and Permanent Vice-Chair of the National Social Land Concession Committee, joined the Committee’s meeting chaired by H.E. Say Sam Al, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, and Chair of the National Committee. The session brought together Secretaries and Undersecretaries of State, representatives of relevant ministries and institutions, provincial and municipal governors, and competent authorities who serve on the Committee.

The meeting, held at the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, focused on practical options to arrange sites and housing in various provinces for members of the Cambodian Veterans and Retirees Association, as well as families of the armed forces and the National Police who face hardship and lack stable housing, so they can build livelihoods and improve their living conditions.

During the discussion, H.E. Chhay Rithisen fully supported the Deputy Prime Minister’s initiative and agreed with inputs from participants regarding the selection of appropriate locations for social land concessions to benefit the target groups above. He also pledged to collaborate closely with concerned ministries and institutions to further develop all types of social land concession sites, in line with current socio‑economic contexts and in accordance with the high guidance of the Kingdom’s top leadership.

In closing, Deputy Prime Minister Say Sam Al instructed the relevant ministries, institutions, and units including the Ministry of Rural Development to continue joint consultations and conduct on‑site inspections of suitable locations, with a view to delivering effective and practical solutions for members of the Veterans and Retirees Association, and families of the armed forces and National Police.
