ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន អញ្ជើញជួបសំណេះសំណាល សាកសួរសុខទុក្ខ ជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្រ្ដីរាជការ និងមន្ដ្រីជាប់កិច្ចសន្យា នៃមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តស្វាយរៀង

[English Below] ខេត្តស្វាយរៀង៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ១០រោច ខែមាឃ ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១២ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ រួមដំណើរដោយ ឯកឧត្តមថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំនៃក្រសួង បានអញ្ជើញជួបសំណេះសំណាល សាកសួរសុខទុក្ខ ជាមួយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្រ្ដីរាជការ និងមន្ដ្រីជាប់កិច្ចសន្យា នៃមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តស្វាយរៀង សរុបចំនួន ៥១រូប នៅមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ។

ក្នុងឱកាសសំណេះសំណាល ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានពាំនាំនូវប្រសាសន៍ផ្តាំផ្ញើសាកសួរសុខទុក្ខប្រកបដោយសេចក្តីនឹករលឹក ព្រមទាំងពរជ័យសព្ទសាធុការពីសំណាក់សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ប្រធានឧត្តមក្រុមប្រឹក្សាព្រះមហាក្សត្រ និងជាប្រធានព្រឹទ្ធិសភា នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា សម្តេចកិត្តិព្រឹទ្ធបណ្ឌិត ប៊ុន រ៉ានី ហ៊ុនសែន ប្រធានកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងលោកជំទាវបណ្ឌិត ជូនចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការទាំងអស់ ដែលកំពុងបម្រើការក្នុងមន្ទីរផងដែរ។ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីការរីកចម្រើន និងការអភិវឌ្ឍលើគ្រប់វិស័យរបស់ប្រទេសជាតិ ដែលកើតចេញពីការរួមចំណែករបស់មន្ត្រីរាជការគ្រប់កម្រិតថ្នាក់ និងការចូលរួមរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស ក្រោមម្លប់ដ៏ត្រជាក់នៃសុខសន្តិភាព ដែលបានមកដោយការយកជីវិតធ្វើជាដើមទុនរបស់ សម្ដេចអគ្គមហាសេនាបតីតេជោ ហ៊ុន សែន ស្ថាបនិកមគ្គុទេសក៍ឯក និងប្រតិបត្តិករនៃនយោបាយឈ្នះ-ឈ្នះ បិតាសន្ដិភាពនៃកម្ពុជា និងការដឹកនាំបន្ដវេនប្រកបដោយគតិបណ្ឌិតរបស់ សម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្ដមរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី សម្ដែងការកោតសរសើរ និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការគ្រប់លំដាប់ថ្នាក់ នៃមន្ទីរអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទខេត្ត ដែលបានខិតខំយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ក្នុងការបំពេញតួនាទី ភារកិច្ចរបស់ខ្លួនប្រកបដោយការទទួលខុសត្រូវ ដោយសម្រេចបាននូវសមទ្ធិផលជាច្រើននៅទូទាំងខេត្តស្វាយរៀង សំដៅចូលរួមចំណែកសម្រេចនូវយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ របស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្នុងនីតិកាលទី៧នៃរដ្ឋសភា និងឈានទៅសម្រេចនូវចក្ខុវិស័យកម្ពុជាជាប្រទេសមានប្រាក់ចំណូលកម្រិតខ្ពស់ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០៥០។

ជាចុងក្រោយ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានផ្ដាំផ្ញើដល់ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ និងមន្ដ្រីរាជការទាំងអស់ ឱ្យបន្តជឿទុកចិត្ត និងជឿជាក់លើការដឹកនាំរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ដែលមានសម្ដេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត ជានាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ក្នុងការការពារបូរណភាពទឹកដី និងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទព្រំដែនដោយសន្តិវិធី ព្រមទាំងត្រូវបន្ដរួបរួមសាមគ្គីគ្នាជាធ្លុងមួយជាមួយប្រជាជនទូទាំងប្រទេស ដែលជាខឿនដ៏រឹងមាំនៅសមរភូមិក្រោយ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រ លើកទឹកចិត្ត និងផ្ដល់កម្លាំងចិត្តដល់កងទ័ពឈរជើងការពារព្រំដែន និងទឹកដីកម្ពុជាឱ្យបានស្ថិតស្ថេរគង់វង្ស៕

Svay Rieng Province: On Thursday afternoon, February 12, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, together with senior leadership of the Ministry, met and held a friendly gathering to inquire after the well-being of the leadership, civil servants, and contracted officials of the Svay Rieng Provincial Department of Rural Development, totaling 51 persons, at the Svay Rieng Provincial Department of Rural Development.

On this occasion, H.E. the Minister conveyed warm greetings and inquiries after their well-being, along with words of blessing and congratulations, from Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, President of the Supreme Privy Council to His Majesty the King and President of the Senate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross, as well as from Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister, and Her Excellency the First Lady, to the leadership and all civil servants currently serving in the Department. H.E. the Minister underlined the country’s progress and development across all sectors, arising from the contributions of civil servants at all levels and the participation of citizens nationwide, under the cool shade of peace brought about by the life-sacrificing efforts of Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen—founder, supreme leader and executor of the win-win policy, the Father of Cambodia’s Peace—and through the continued leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia. At the same time, H.E. the Minister expressed admiration and gratitude to the leadership and civil servants at all ranks of the Provincial Department of Rural Development for diligently and responsibly fulfilling their roles and duties, achieving many outcomes throughout Svay Rieng Province, thereby contributing to the implementation of Phase 1 of the Pentagon Strategy of the Royal Government in the 7th legislature of the National Assembly and moving toward realizing the vision of Cambodia becoming a high-income country by 2050.

Finally, H.E. the Minister urged the leadership and all civil servants to continue to trust and have confidence in the leadership of the Royal Government of Cambodia—with Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet as Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia in safeguarding territorial integrity and resolving border disputes through peaceful means, and to continue to unite in solidarity as one together with the people across the country, to support, encourage, and provide morale to the armed forces standing guard to protect Cambodia’s borders and territory in a stable and lasting.
