Phnom Penh: On Tuesday morning, 10 February 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, attended as an honored guest at a meeting with Grade A students from the Upper Secondary School Examination and the Level 3 Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Certificate Examination, totaling 3,020 students.

The event was held under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Chroy Changvar International Convention and Exhibition Center.

Please note that the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport organized the Upper Secondary School Examination on 28 August 2025, with 144,838 candidates participating nationwide. Of these, 122,473 candidates passed, representing an 84.56% pass rate across 568 schools nationwide.
