ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏វិសេសវិសាលនោះ សម្ដេចប្រធានកាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញមានប្រសាសន៍សំណេះសំណាលប្រកបដោយការនឹករលឹកជាមួយអតីតយុទ្ធជន និងនិវត្តជន ព្រមទាំងអញ្ជើញផ្តល់កិត្តិយសដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់កាត់ខ្សែបូសម្ពោធប្រគល់-ទទួលផ្ទះថ្មីចំនួន ១០០ខ្នង និងអណ្ដូងទឹកចំនួន ១២៥អណ្ដូង បន្ថែមទៀត ជូនដល់គ្រួសាអតីតយុទ្ធជន និងនិវត្តជន ដែលទើបចូលរស់នៅនានាពេលថ្មីៗនេះ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះ សម្ដេចប្រធាន បានអញ្ជើញចុះទៅពិនិត្យស្ថានភាពជីវភាពរស់នៅប្រចាំថ្ងៃ ការរៀបចំដាំដុះបន្លែបង្កា និងការចិញ្ជឹមសត្វ តាមខ្នងផ្ទះជាក់ស្តែងផងដែរ។
ភូមិប៊ុនរ៉ានីសែនជ័យដំណាក់ត្រយឹង គឺជាភូមិថ្មីមួយ ដែលមានផ្ទៃដីសរុប ១ ១៣០ហិកតា ស្ថិតនៅក្នុងឃុំព្រងិល ស្រុកភ្នំក្រវ៉ាញ ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ដែលត្រូវបានរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងអាណត្តិមុនបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២១ ដើម្បីចែកដី និងលំនៅដ្ឋានជូនអតីតយុទ្ធជន និងគ្រួសារអតីតយុទ្ធជន។ បច្ចុប្បន្ននៅក្នុងភូមិប៊ុនរ៉ានីសែនជ័យដំណាក់ត្រយឹង មានខ្នងផ្ទះសរុបចំនួន ៩២០ខ្នងផ្ទះ ហើយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលក្នុងនីតិកាលបច្ចុប្បន្ន បាននិងកំពុងបន្តកិច្ចការងារអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធនានាដើម្បីបម្រើជូននូវសេវាសាធារណៈចាំបាច់ដូចជា សាលារៀន មន្ទីរពេទ្យ វត្តអារាម ទឹកស្អាត បណ្តាញអគ្គីសនី ដើម្បីឱ្យការរស់នៅរបស់បងប្អូនប្រជាពលរដ្ឋប្រកបដោយវិបុលភាព។ ក្នុងនាមជាសេនាធិការរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បាននិងកំពុងចូលរួមអភិវឌ្ឍនៅក្នុងភូមិប៊ុនរ៉ានីសែនជ័យដំណាក់ត្រយឹង តាមរយៈការកសាងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធគមនាគមន៍ជនបទមានប្រវែងសរុប ៥៩,៥០គ.ម. ដោយប្រើប្រាស់ថវិការបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា។ គិតមកដល់បច្ចុប្បន្ន ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទបានស្ថាបនារួចនូវផ្លូវប្រវែង ៣២,១គ.ម. លូមូលគ្រប់ប្រភេទចំនួន ៤៥កន្លែង លូប្រអប់ចំនួន ២២កន្លែង និងទំនប់បង្ហៀរទឹក ១កន្លែ ហើយក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៦ នេះ ក្រសួងគ្រោងស្ថាបនាផ្លូវ ១កំណាក់ ប្រវែង ៥.១គ.ម. បន្ថែមទៀតផងដែរ។ ដោយឡែកផ្លូវដែលនៅសល់ ក្រសួងគ្រោងនឹងធ្វើការស្ថាបនានៅក្នុងផែនការឆ្នាំបន្តបន្ទាប់ទៀត៕
H.E. Chhay Rithisen, together with senior ministry leaders, visit veterans and pensioners soldiers living in Bun Rany Sen Chey–Damnak Trayeung Village
Pursat Province: On the Thursday morning, May 21, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, Permanent Vice Chair of the National Social Land Concession Committee, and a standing member of the Cambodian Veterans and Pensioner Association, together with senior leaders of the Ministry of Rural Development, attended a get‑together with veterans and the families of pensioner who reside in Bun Rany Sen Chey–Damnak Trayeung Village, under the high presidency of Samdech Kittipritthbindit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross.
On this special occasion, Samdech, the President of the Cambodian Red Cross, delivered warm, nostalgic remarks to the veterans and pensioners, and graciously presided over the ribbon‑cutting ceremony to hand over 100 new houses and an additional 125 water wells to the families of veterans and pensioners who have recently moved in. Samdech also visited individual households to observe their daily living conditions and to see firsthand their arrangements for growing vegetables and raising livestock behind their homes.
Bun Rany Sen Chey–Damnak Trayeung is a newly established village with a total area of 1,130 hectares, located in Prangil Commune, Phnom Kravanh District, Pursat Province. It was created by the Royal Government during the previous mandate in 2021 to allocate land and housing to veterans and their families. At present, the village has a total of 920 house plots, and the Royal Government in the current term has continued developing various infrastructure to provide essential public services such as schools, a health center, pagodas, clean water, and electricity networks so that people can enjoy better living conditions.
As part of the Royal Government’s Secretariat, the Ministry of Rural Development has been contributing to development in Bun Rany Sen Chey–Damnak Trayeung by constructing 59.50 km of rural transport infrastructure financed by the national budget. To date, the Ministry has completed 32.1 km of roads, 45 culvert crossings of various types, 22 box culverts, and one spillway. In 2026, the Ministry also plans to build one additional road section with a length of 5.1 km. The remaining road works are planned for implementation in subsequent annual plans.
