ក្នុងឱកាសដ៏វិសេសវិសាលនោះ លោកជំទាវប្រតិភូសាខាសមាគម បានជូនកន្ដ្រកផ្កាជូន សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ព្រមទាំងសូមបួងសួងដល់ទេវតាឆ្នាំថ្មី ឆ្នាំមមី ព្រះនាម រាក្យសាទេវី ដែលជាបុត្រីទី៣ របស់កបិលមហាព្រហ្ម សូមតាមជួយបីបាច់ថែរក្សា ប្រោសប្រទានពរជ័យ សិរីមង្គល វិបុលសុខ មហាប្រសើរ ជូនដល់សម្ដេច សូមទទួលបានសុខភាពបរិបូរណ៍ កម្លាំងមាំមួន បញ្ញាភ្លឺថ្លា អាយុយឺនយូរ និងទទួលបានជោគជ័យថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតជូនជាតិមាតុភូមិ។
ជាការឆ្លើយតប សម្តេចកិត្តិសង្គហបណ្ឌិត ក៏បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះសាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាពនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ដែលបានអញ្ជើញមកនាពេលនេះ។ សម្ដេច ក៏បានថ្លែងការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់របស់សាខាសមាគមនារីកម្ពុជាដើម្បីសន្តិភាពនិងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ ដែលកន្លងមកសាខាសមាគមបានចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងផុសផុលតាមរយៈការជួយឧបត្ថម្ភជាគ្រឿងឧបភោគបរិភោគ និងសម្ភារប្រើប្រាស់ ដើម្បីគាំទ្រដល់វីរកងទ័ពដែលកំពុងឈរជើងនៅសមរភូមិមុខ និងជនភៀសសឹកកម្ពុជាផងដែរ៕
Phnom Penh: On Friday Morning, April 10, 2026, Lok Chumteav Vong Kuntheary Chhay Rithisen, Honorary Chair of the Ministry of Rural Development (MRD) branch of the Cambodian Women’s Association for Peace and Development (CWPD), led a delegation of the branch chair, vice‑chairs, and members to pay a respectful courtesy call and convey New Year blessings to Samdech Kittisangahapundit Men Sam An, Privy Counselor to His Majesty the King and President of the CWPD, at Her Excellency’s residence in Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Chamkarmon District, Phnom Penh. The visit marked the approach of the Khmer Traditional New Year, Year of the Dragon (Atthasak), Buddhist Era 2570 / 2026, which will commence on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 10:48 a.m.
On this special occasion, the delegation presented a floral basket to Samdech and offered prayers to the New Year Angel for the Year of the Dragon, “Raksa Devi,” the third daughter of Kabil Maha Brahma, asking for her protection and the bestowal of blessings, prosperity, abundant well‑being, and excellence, wishing Samdech robust health, strength, clarity of mind, longevity, and continued new successes in service to the nation.
In response, Samdech expressed heartfelt gratitude for the MRD CWPD branch’s visit, praising and highly valuing the branch’s care and contributions, especially its active support through donations of foodstuffs, consumables, and essential supplies to heroic frontline soldiers and to Cambodian displaced families.
