[English Below] រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ១៣កើត ខែបឋមាសាឍ ឆ្នាំមមី អដ្ឋស័ក ព.ស.២៥៧០ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមិថុនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្ដម ឆាយ ឫទ្ធិសែន រដ្ឋមន្រ្ដីក្រសួងអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជនបទ បានអញ្ជើញជាកិត្តិយសក្នុងពិធីសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយមហាគ្រួសារសហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម និងសិប្បកម្មកម្ពុជា ប្រមាណ ៥០០នាក់ ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់ សម្តេចមហាបវរធិបតី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រីនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា នៅមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលសន្និបាត និងពិព័រណ៍កោះពេជ្រ រាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ។

ពិធីជួបសំណេះសំណាលនេះត្រូវបានរៀបចំឡើង ក្នុងឱកាសអបអរសាទរទិវាជាតិសហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យម របស់សមាគមមូលនិធិសម្ដេចតេជោ លើកទី៣ ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ដែលត្រូវបានរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលប្រារព្ធឡើងក្រោមប្រធានបទ “សាងស្ពានសម្រាប់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យមឆ្ពោះទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារ” ដែលជាការឆ្លើយតបយ៉ាងសមស្របទៅនឹងបរិបទជាក់ស្ដែង នាពេលបច្ចុប្បន្ន ដោយផ្តោតលើការភ្ជាប់សហគ្រាសកម្ពុជា ទៅកាន់ទីផ្សារក្នុងស្រុក តំបន់ និងអន្តរជាតិ។ ទន្ទឹមនោះផងដែរ ពិធីសំណេះសំណាលជាមួយមហាគ្រួសារសហគ្រាសធុនតូចនិងមធ្យម និងសិប្បកម្មកម្ពុជា នេះ គឺជាការលើកទឹកចិត្តដ៏សំខាន់ និងជាការផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់សហគ្រាសធុនមីក្រូ តូច និងមធ្យមនៅទូទាំងប្រទេស បានចូលរួមបង្ហាញ ព្រមទាំងទទួលបានដំបូន្មានល្អៗ ដើម្បីជាចំណេះដឹងបន្ថែមទៀត ក្នុងការរួមចំណែកបង្កើតការងារជំរុញការកែច្នៃ ពង្រីកទីផ្សារក្នុងស្រុក និងទីផ្សារអន្តរជាតិ៕

Phnom Penh: On the Saturday morning, June 27, 2026, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, was an honored guest at a get‑together with the big family of Cambodia’s small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and handicrafts around 500 participants—under the high presidency of Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia, at the Koh Pich (Diamond Island) Convention and Exhibition Center, Phnom Penh.

This gathering was organized on the occasion of the National Day of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, held by the 3rd Samdech Techo Foundation Association, 2026, which the Royal Government celebrated under the theme “Building Bridges for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises toward Markets.” The theme appropriately responds to the current context by focusing on connecting Cambodian enterprises to domestic, regional, and international markets. At the same time, the get‑together with the big family of SMEs and handicrafts serves as important encouragement and offers opportunities for MSMEs nationwide to showcase, as well as to receive valuable advice—adding to their knowledge to help create jobs, drive processing/value‑addition, and expand both domestic and international markets.
