ជាកិច្ចចាប់ផ្ដើម ក្រោយបទបង្ហាញរបស់លោក ផេង សំបូរ ប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានផែនការ និងស្ថិតិរួចមក អង្គប្រជុំបានពិនិត្យ ពិភាក្សាយ៉ាងល្អិតល្អន់លើសេចក្ដីព្រាងផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធផ្លូវជនបទឆ្នាំ២០២៦-២០៣៣ ដែលក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ចបានរៀបចំ ព្រមទាំងបានផ្ដល់ធាតុចូលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់មួយចំនួនបន្ថែមទៀតផងដែរ។ ជាមួយគ្នានោះដែរ ឯកឧត្តមរដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះធាតុចូលដ៏មានសារៈសំខាន់ពីអង្គប្រជុំ និងបានផ្ដល់អនុសាសន៍ជូនដល់ក្រុមការងារចំពោះកិច្ច ដាក់បញ្ចូលធាតុចូលទាំងឡាយ ដើម្បីបំពេញបន្ថែមនូវចំណុចខ្វះខាត ដើម្បីឱ្យផែនការយុទ្ធសាស្ដ្រនេះឱ្យមានលក្ខណៈគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ អាចអនុវត្តបានជាក់ស្ដែង និងសម្រេចបានដោយជោគជ័យ ឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងគោលដៅនៃគោលនយោបាយជាតិស្ដីពី ការអភិវឌ្ឍជនបទឆ្នាំ២០២៥-២០៣៥។

Phnom Penh: On Monday afternoon, June 22, 2026, at the Ministry’s headquarters, H.E. Chhay Rithisen, Minister of Rural Development, chaired a meeting to review the draft “Rural Road Infrastructure Development Strategic Plan 2026–2033.” The meeting was attended by the Permanent Secretary of State, Excellencies, Ladies and Gentlemen of the leadership level, and technical officials of the Ministry of Rural Development.
At the outset, after the presentation by Mr. Peng Sambo, Director of the Department of Planning and Statistics, the meeting carefully reviewed and discussed the draft Rural Road Infrastructure Development Strategic Plan 2026–2033 that the working group had prepared, and also provided a number of additional important inputs. At the same time, H.E. the Minister expressed thanks for the important inputs from the meeting and gave recommendations to the working group to incorporate all inputs in order to fill gaps, so that this strategic plan will be comprehensive, practically implementable, and successfully achieved, in response to the targets of the National Policy on Rural Development 2025–2035.
Please also be informed that the Ministry of Rural Development has been and is preparing the Rural Road Infrastructure Development Strategic Plan 2026–2033 with the objective of increasing the connectivity of the rural road network nationwide to be well‑interlinked, resilient, and effectively and innovatively managed contributing to the realization of Phase I of the Pentagonal Strategy of the Royal Government in the 7th legislature of the National Assembly, under the continued principled leadership of Samdech Moha Bovor Thipadei Hun Manet, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
